Inordertoprovideacomprehensivechoiceofbusoperators,departuretimes andpricestocustomers,ithastiedupwithmanybusoperators. redBus'advicetocustomersistochoosebusoperatorstheyareawareofand whoseservicetheyarecomfortablewith. redBus'responsibilitiesinclude: (1)Issuingavalidticket(aticketthatwillbeacceptedbythebusoperator)for its'networkofbusoperators (2)Providingrefundandsupportintheeventofcancellation (3)Providingcustomersupportandinformationincaseofanydelays/ inconvenience redBus'responsibilitiesdoNOTinclude: (1)Thebusoperator'sbusnotdeparting/reachingontime (2)Thebusoperator'semployeesbeingrude (3)Thebusoperator'sbusseatsetcnotbeinguptothecustomer'sexpectation (4)Thebusoperatorcancelingthetripduetounavoidablereasons (5)Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/damaged (6)Thebusoperatorchangingacustomer'sseatatthelastminuteto accommodatealady/child (7)Thecustomerwaitingatthewrongboardingpoint(pleasecallthebus operatortofindouttheexactboardingpointifyouarenotaregulartraveleron thatparticularbus) (8)Thebusoperatorchangingtheboardingpointand/orusingapickupvehicle attheboardingpointtotakecustomerstothebusdeparturepoint 2. Thedeparturetimementionedontheticketareonlytentativetimings.However thebuswillnotleavethesourcebeforethetimethatismentionedontheticket. 3. Passengersarerequiredtofurnishthefollowingatthetimeofboardingthebus: (1)Acopyoftheticket(Aprintoutoftheticketortheprintoutoftheticketemail). (2)Avalididentityproof Failingtodoso,theymaynotbeallowedtoboardthebus. 4. Changeofbus:Incasethebusoperatorchangesthetypeofbusduetosome reason,redBuswillrefundthedifferentialamounttothecustomeruponbeing intimatedbythecustomersin24hoursofthejourney. 5. CancellationPolicy:ForSharmaTransports(AtlasTravels):Between0hoursto12 hoursbeforejourney,thecancellationchargeis100.0%.Between12hoursto24 hoursbeforejourney,thecancellationchargeis50.0%.And,abovecancellation chargeis10.0%. 6. Incaseoneneedstherefundtobecreditedbacktohis/herbankaccount,please writeyourcashcoupondetailstosupport@redbus.in*Thehomedeliverycharges(if any),willnotberefundedintheeventofticketcancellation 7. AmenitiesforthisbusasshownonredBushavebeenconfiguredandprovidedby thebusprovider(busoperator).Theseamenitieswillbeprovidedunlessthereare someexceptionsoncertaindays.PleasenotethatredBusprovidesthisinformation ingoodfaithtohelppassengerstomakeaninformeddecision.Theliabilityofthe amenitynotbeingmadeavailablelieswiththeoperatorandnotwithredBus. 9.
