Incaseabookingconfirmationemailandsmsgetsdelayedorfailsbecauseof technicalreasonsorasaresultofincorrectemailID/phonenumberprovidedby theuseretc,aticketwillbeconsidered'booked'aslongastheticketshowsupon theconfirmationpageofwww.redBus.in 8. AmenitiesforthisbusasshownonredBushavebeenconfiguredandprovidedby thebusprovider(busoperator).Theseamenitieswillbeprovidedunlessthereare someexceptionsoncertaindays.PleasenotethatredBusprovidesthisinformation ingoodfaithtohelppassengerstomakeaninformeddecision.Theliabilityofthe amenitynotbeingmadeavailablelieswiththeoperatorandnotwithredBus. 9.
