ON LISTED DATE AND TIME AT LISTED LOCATION, COMP AND WIT WERE SEATED IN 2008 IMPALA, IN THE DRIVE WAY, WATCHING YOU TUBE. COMP STATED THEY WERE APPROACHED FROM BEHIND. COMP STATED SUSP1 OPENED HIS DOOR AND DEMANDED MONEY. SUSP HAD A HANDGUN WHICH HE DISPLYED. AND SUSP 2 HAD AN AK-47. COMP STATED SUSP 1 GRABBED THE PHONE THAT WAS IN HIS HAND. THE PHONE BELONGED TO THE WIT. COMP STATED THE SUSP'S ALSO TOOK WIT'S PURSE AND OTHER PROPERTY INSIDE PURSE. COMP STATED SUSP TWO GAVE SUSP 1 HIS WEAPON AND HIT COMP IN THE FACE ONE TIME. SUSPS THEN FLED THE LOCATION. COMP STATED HE STARTED TO FOLLOW THE SUSP'S, WHEN ONE FIRED THE AK-47 TOWARDSHIM TWICE. THE ROUNDS HIT THE RETAINING WALL. COMP STATED SUSP'S JUMPED INTO A BLACK CADILLAC CTS. THE CASINGS WERE ALSO FOUND AND COLLECTED BY PES.END OF ELEMENTS
