SCHEDULE 3 : MEDIUM GENERAL SERVICE APPLICABILITY This schedule of tariff is applicable to a business, industrial, government institutions and state enterprise, as well as the foreigner entities and international organisations including its compound, with a maximum 15-minute integrated demand from 30 to 999 kilowatts. Billing Demand A Billing demand is defined as the maximum 15-minute integrated demand over the monthly billing period measured to the nearest full kilowatt discarding the fraction of up to 0.5 kW. Minimum Charge A minimum charge in any monthly billing period shall not be less than 70% of the maximum billing demand charge of the previous 12 months. Power Factor Charge For a customer with a lagging power factor, if in any monthly billing period during which the customers maximum 15-minute reactive power demand (kilovar demand) exceeds 61.97% of his maximum 15-minute active power demand (kilowatt demand), a power factor charge of Baht 56.07 will be made on each kilovar in excess, determined to the nearest whole kilovar, discarding the fraction of 0.5 kilovar.
