Role Reports to To Plan, Coordinate and Execute Projects, Provide Techno Commercial solutions for Successful Business Development of the Company. Last

Up dat ed Key Responsibilities: Project Management To understand Technical requirements of Customers and plan roadmap for the Project delivery with the Customers. Develop Cost Effective and Differentiated suitable commercial quotations as per Customer needs. Develop suitable samples and trial run production lot and obtain approval from Customers. Coordinate with Supply chain, Customer Support, Production, Quality, and Technical Specialist to deliver quotations, Sample, trial run and first order deliveries to Customer as per Project Plan. To anticipate the Changing needs of the Customers and adjust the differentiated Solutions as per the Customer needs. Train the Production Team on Providing the Solutions for Mass Production, including cost down projects Monitor the Performance of the Project lifecycle Support the Operation Team to successfully deliver the Solution during the Mass production stage of Project Design, Coordinate, and obtain all necessary raw materials and tooling requirement for the Project. Work closely with the sales team to obtain maximum Market Share for the Projects with Customers (Customers to consider Brady as one stop for all their Product requirements).

Academic qualification and certification Graduate degree in Engineering / Science from reputed institute (top 25) MBA not an obligation Exposure to material science is added value.

Work Experience Total work experience = 5 12 years At least 4 years experience in Project Management. At least 2 years work Experience in MNC.

Skills: Critical Project management, Planning, Coordination and Execution Total Solution Development Commercial Knowledge of Project costing/Costing of Solutions Customer Interaction - Meeting the Customers weekly once Customer Relationship Management Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
