Lee,
Can you pick out another faucet so Dean can go ahead and order this. Also, is there any word on the large sink
that was chosen but is not made.
Let us know.
Steve
Steve,
Dean called me and informed me Moen kitchen faucet model number 7346 has been discontinued. I have
attached another style faucet for you to look at, or you may go on Moen's website at www.moen.com and look at

We also have a solution to the sink so that one is readily available. Faucet is in the same category and should
have it by tomorrow.

Steve,
Attached is the proposal for the tv's and brackets. Let me know if you have any questions.
Cal,
Here is the info from Gary Gustafson at Audio Video Designs. Please read over his proposal since it requires we
place the mounting bracket and it assumes we have conduit to the TVs from the HD and RF equipment location.
The HD box comes from TimeWarner and I still do not have that info from them. There will also be a monthly
recurring charge that TW will charge the House of Representatives for HD TV. I'll forward the info on the HD as
soon as I get it.
-Chris
Hey Chris,
I have attached the proposal for the two Sharp 42" TV's with articulating brackets, 12Meter HDMI cables,
Theatermaster remotes with 2 base stations. This proposal includes the programming for the remotes and
installation of the TV's on our brackets installed by your staff. We will attach the TV's, hook up the cable boxes
and test everything. Here is the link to the Sharp website.

Steve and Dean, this seems to be the most traditional faucet on the site with a pull out wand. Checked with several
people here who have good taste, ( Doug Young) and he thought chrome was the most appropriate finish for the
site. Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you want to look at more choices. There are some 12 inch sinks available that mount under the counter and I
am checking with the cabinet maker to make sure it can be installed but don't know of any problems. I will let you know as soon as I feel the sink can be
installed. It is a two day ship item.

Gary,
The House of Representatives purchasing office has opted to purchase the Sharp Aquos LC42D64U from
another source. Could you please resubmit your proposal omitting that product and confirm you will be able to
provide the other equipment and installation. Thanks.

Mark,
No. The room in which the new HD boxes will be installed is Capitol 2W.9, House of Representatives Lounge.
-Chris
Chris,
So, the lounge we are installing the HD boxes is called: E2.1002. Correct?
Mark,
There is another House members lounge, but it is E2.1002. E1.148 is a house members office and would not
have a lounge.
-Chris
Chris,
I am still waiting for dimensions of the HD box we talked about earlier.but I have another question for you.
We have an existing account with an HD box, that is labeled Texas House of Representatives, with a suite of E1
418. They are saying that it is for the lounge.
10/30/2008
there 2 lounges? Do you know what E1 418 is?
Please advise.
Thanks.

On the link below is the website for the two compartment sink going into the lounge. I talked with the granite
company owner who will install the sink before our plumbers hook it up. He sees no problems with it. For
quickest service call 1-800-541-8683 and ask for Courtney. This is the company on the website,

The contact is Courtney at 1-800-541-8683. Thanks and call if you have any questions. Lee
