Nutrient Association to Notes

The Nutrient association to Notes is based on the conversion of chemical elements to frequency as directed in the CRC Handbook of Chemistry & Physics, 82nd Edition (20012002) page I-10, Energy Equivalents. This is further explained in the 'Energy Applications - Muscles & Muscle Testing.' The nutrient associations given are limited in number, but give you an example of how the associations to music or notes are given. The NSDataBase allows you to review thousands upon thousands of cross-references in regard to nutrition as well as frequency association. The musical notes are listed in the following flow pattern to maintain an association to the meridian energy flow pattern as explained in the 'Energy Applications - Meridian associations to Health.' E | A | D | G | C | F | A# | D# | G# | C# | F# | B

Review the following for a brief understanding of the complexity of the NSDataBase and use the links supplied for more information: NSDataBase: Constructed with two primary areas: (Learn more about NSDataBase Training) Substance: This section includes all elements and compounds (calcium - sodium chloride - silica - cholesterol - etc.); organs - glands; teeth; meridians; colors; household poisons; cell salts; vitamins; minerals; amino acids; etc. This field also contains groups of substances called "Lists." These lists allow the researcher quick reference to related items, such as vitamins or minerals or amino acids or elements, or muscles, etc. Example: In the previous example where calcium is the selected substance, information on many other forms of calcium is available for display by the researcher. Effect: This section includes diseases, physical conditions, symptoms of effects, kinesiology, symptoms of substances, poison effects (arsenic poisoning, radiation poisoning, etc.). This field also contains extended information on foods and nutrition in general. It is where someone would find information on digestion or acid/alkaline referencing or cholesterol problems, or glandular problems, etc. Example: Acid-Alkaline Buffers is one of many Effects relating to Calcium. This allows you quick reference to information on Calcium, Acid-Alkaline Buffers, and information between Calcium and Acid-Alkaline Buffers. A person may wish to work from the Effect column, in which case they would just type in their selected Effect and all known relationships to Substance will be displayed. The two primary areas provide two more cross-referenced databanks Substance - to - Substance: This includes references between your chosen substance, say calcium, and those substances known to have relationships with calcium. This allows very quick referencing between these fields to help determine if the associations may be of help in your research.

Example: The above example shows that one of the relationships of the selected substance, Calcium, is Blackstrap Molasses. Substance - to - Effect: This field gives the associations between your chosen substance and the known effects (disease) associations and/or information on food or nutrition that applies to this substance as well as special areas of interest. Example: This shows the relationship between our chosen Substance - Calcium and our noted effect Acid-Alkaline Buffers. This gives you information on Calcium, AcidAlkaline Buffers, and the association between Calcium and Acid-Alkaline Buffers.

Lungs

The Internal Medicine Classic states: 'Energy is the commander of blood; when energy moves, blood follows. Blood is the mother of energy; where blood goes, energy follows.' This intimate relationship between breath and pulse, blood and energy, is the basis of Chinese breathing exercises. " The complete Book of Chinese Health & Healing" by Daniel Reid Metal - Lung Meridian (nose - complexion) shoulders - ribs (T-12 - L-1) Relates to the lymph organs: Thymus and Spleen Swollen lymph nodes point to low potassium and high iron Histamine: water regulator - immune system regulator - excess means dehydration (low Na) Vitamin B-9 (bioactive - folic acid): RNA/DNA synthesis - Ca and Fe absorption Vitamin E (bioactive - natural d-form - not synthetic dl-form): muscular disorders Iron (bioactive - ferrous gluconate): anemia - oxygenation of cells - immune system Silicon: collagen - skin - hair - nails CoQ10: body energy (generates 95% of body energy) - great heart medicine Manganese: deficiency - poor healing fractures and unexplained osteoporosis Lithium: ADD - depression - look for sodium deficiency which leads to low lithium Radon gas: the most serious form of radiation in the home Aluminum: may be toxic in the inorganic form

Note G Spleen & Pancreas - Lymph system - Muscle tone - Enzymes

Earth Spleen merdian (lips - mouth - muscle tone) TMJ The spleen produces and secretes vital enzymes as required by the body. Diets of overcooked processed foods lower our immunity to disease as they steal our enzymes to deal with dead food. The spleen is part of the lymph system in the body, along with the thymus, lymph nodes, tonsils, and appendix. Swollen lymph nodes indicate low potassium, which allows iron deposits blocking circulation of lymph. This allows bacteria,

fungi, and other microorganisms to build up. Stress: major immunosuppressant and primary cause of disease. It causes the adrenals to secrete adrenaline and cortisol. The immunosuppressant effects thymus, lymph nodes and spleen. Cortisol causes the body to feed off itself. Diseases associated with cortisol include cancer - hypertension - arthritis - stroke - ulcers - chronic infections - skin disease - Parkinson's - and suicide. Glucose-1-phosphate (bioactive form of glucose): cell energy - real sugar - crystalloid form Beta carotine Aspartic acid Zinc #1-2 @ 81% of isotopes: deficiency shows up in DNA/RNA - protein connective tissue - prostate problems Copper #2 @ 31% of isotopes Calcium sulfate (cell salt) Homocysteine: Marker for heart disease Pepsin Sulfur #1: found in vitamin B-1, biotin, methionine, cysteine, and cystine

Note Thymus Gland - lymph organ (T-cells - B-cells - immune system) C

Fire - Heart meridian (tongue - throat) - shoulder - shoulder blade problems Glucose: blood sugar that needs to be converted by the liver to glucose-1phosphate Sugar (refined): excess overloads the liver - stored as triglycerides Latose: milk sugar - many people have allergic reactions Serotonin: regulates the salt-water outside the cells Aldosterone (mineralocorticoid): controls sodium levels in tissue o excess aldosterone - Overworked Adrenals - high BP - low potassium o aldosterone deficiency - Adrenal exhaustion - low BP - circulation collapse heavy sodium loss - excess potassium - causes vitamin C loss Potassium phosphate - cell salt: deficiency: mental fatigue - nervous exhaustion Potassium sulfate - cell salt: deficiency: skin conditions - itching skin - psoriasis Carbon dioxide (CO2): excess causes hypoxia (low oxygen to the cells) Pyruvic acid excess: nervous tension - insect bits (need B-complex) Lactic acid excess: muscle soreness - digestion problems - headaches

Water- Kidneys meridian (ears - adrenal glands) lumbar - spine - shoulder problems GABA: precursor to folic acid; deficiency found in anemia - fatigue - lupus -

eczema - skin pigmentation Chromium: deficiency leads to diabetes - glucose intolerance - high blood sugar excess insulin. Calcium carbonate and antacids may reduce chromium absorption. Use "unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses." Choline: neurologic disorders - fatty degeneration of the liver - hardening of the arteries Tryptophan: brain fuel - makes serotonin - nerve impulses ADP (muscle energy): +lactic acid prevents conversion of ADP to ATP (B complex deficiency) Lead: a possible cause in ADD (both sugar and lead effect those using the SAD diet) Bismuth: deficiency may be found in ulcers. Used in Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) Indican (protein decay - urine): o self-poisoning - slow suicide (intentional or by ignorance) o If stomach acid (HCl) is low, then low pepsin, low Ca - Fe - B12, then high bacterial - yeast - fungus in the intestines, which leads to higher levels of indican - autointoxication. Tums - Rolaids - antacids - calcium carbonate: They lower hydrochloric acid in the stomach. o This stops protein digestion, it stops calcium absorption in the stomach, it stops the production of the "intrinsic factor" required for vitamin B-12 production. o Calcium and protein digestion require an acid pH in the stomach - milk causes an alkaline pH in the stomach, therefore milk and protein do not mix.

Note G#
