Partnership Training: 15 senior leaders (second line leaders) of NAVJEEVAN SEVA MANDAL (NMS) were equipped through CIM`s training held at Karigari from 13 - 15 November 2012. Resource Persons: Mr. Jay Clerk (KF-USA), Prof. S.D. Jeyakumar (CIM) and Mr. Varghese Jacob (CIM). Junior Presbyters from different dioceses (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh) of CHURCH OF SOUTH INDIA (CSI) SYNOD were trained by our Resource persons Prof Jeyakar Chellaraj (Trainer), Mr. Wilfred Davidar IAS, Mr. Sam Chandar (Trainer), Mr. J S Anbu (CIM) and Prof. S.D. Jeyakumar (CIM). It was held from 26 30 Nov'2012. All the 28 pastors were very much blessed and enlightened. .

On 20 November 2012 CIM trained 54 leaders (Missionaries and Evangelists) of The MAR THOMA SYRIAN CHURCH OF MALABAR, Chennai and Bangalore Dioceses (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh). Orientation cum Coaching Classes for the new batch of CIMs Master of Christian Management (MCM) and Diploma in Christian Management (DCM) study courses was conducted from 26 th to 30 th Nov 2012 at Caruna Bal Vikas, Chennai. 19 students out of the total enrolment of 29 participated in the programme from across the country. Prof. Arul Mariyanathan, Mr. Julius Sathiaseelan, Prof. S.D. Jeyakumar, Mr. Varghese Jacob and Mr. Aby Alexandar served as the resource persons. The subjects covered were Principles and Practices of Management, Basics of Accounting, Human Resources Management and Legal Requirements for Christian Organisations.

Mr. Heinrich from Bangalore comments: All the sessions were really useful and informative. The resource persons were all well qualified and experts in the subjects which was taught. They were able to answer many queries and clear many doubts. It was also useful from the examination point of view.
