How to Verify Paypal in Philippines, Done only in 4 days and worth 120 pesos only as of June 2012

I have came across many Debit Cards and Cash Cards but this is the only that gives me all the stuff I need to get things done online.. I've tested SmartMoney but it just gave me headaches and months of trying going to their wireless centers. I have tried UnionBank's EON Debit Card but their requirements are too tight. I already went to their different branches metrowide but failed so many times. When I've learned about RCBC MERCURY DRUG-MYWALLET CARD, it gave me hope.. In just a day, I got the card. In the 4th day I've successfully linked my card to my paypal account. I will show proof that I verified my paypal account in just 4 days by showing you my PRINTSCREENED PICS of my non-verified to verified paypal account.

Ok lets get started..

1. Thing s you need:

a. Two government-issued IDs (I used voters ID and my College ID since I am still a student)
Below is the list of valid IDs:

c. Xerox Copies of your IDs

d. 12 0 Pesos f or Deposit (t he minim um is 50 pesos). We will need 1 20 pesos so t hat w e c an use it t o v er ify our pay pal..

2. Go t o y our near est RCBC Bank [c lick her e]

3. Ask the S ec urity Guar d t hat y ou will g et a RCBC -MYWALL ET CARD and go t o the c ust omer serv ice area usually in t he right side of the bank.

4. If t he Staff asks y ou what ar e y our purposes of getting a cash c ar d, tell her that you lik e to ver ify your pay pal.

5. Fill up t he FORM t hey w ill g ive and r eady y our IDs.. NOTE: Please dont forget t he email y ou will use bec ause that's r eally im portant and be sure t hat it exists..

6. Wait until they v er ify y our IDs..

7. Ready y our 1 20 pesos f or depositing. The C ashier w ill c all y our name and y ou will deposit the 12 0 pesos f or y our C ard. .

8. The S taff will giv e your c ar d, pin slip and t he bonus Car d Pr ot ect or.. You can now g o hom e..

9. L ogin to paypal.. If you dont have a pay pal ac count y et please

Steps on how to regis ter paypal: Go to this lin k https://www.paypal.com/ph Click sign up today and choose "P REMIE RE"

Fill up all nece ssary f orms... tak e no te: unchecked the "lin k m y credit card" we do that later. Then click agree and create account Disregard the next page then click "go to my account" Check your email to activate your paypal account..

10. Click " Get V erif ied"

Now your first day ends.. As paypal said.,. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS to get our CODE and that will be the FINAL step to verify our account.. for the mean time, we will email the RCBC Customer Service to get our 4-digit code. NOTE: use only the email that we put on applying for the Cash Card..
