Hypothesis
Create a null and alternative hypothesis on the ff: 1. effect of beak type on the total amount of food eaten 2. effect of beak size on the type of food eaten 1Null- There is significant effect of beak type on the total amount of food eaten

Alternative- There is no significant effect of beak type on the total amount of food eaten 2 Null- There is significant effect of beak size on the type of food eaten Alternative- There is no significant effect of beak size on the type of food eaten III. Data and Results

Analyze and interpret your data obtained from statistical procedures. Make sure to incorporate your answers in the questions below. Also, observe the following guidelines in your discussion: 1. Which beak size gathered the most seeds in a normal year? 2. Which beak size gathered the most seeds in a drought year? 3. Explain why one type of beak was more successful at obtaining food than the other. 4. How does a change in environment (drought) affect which size gathers the most seeds? 5. "Natural Selection" occurs when the environment favors or selects some variations over others. You have tested two variations of beaks, large and small. In the drought environment, which beak variation is favored? Why?

1. Clothespin 2. Big beaker 3. Type of beak that is more successful is the type that has the capability to adapt to certain seeds and has larger variation of seeds. 4. The plant or trees that produce seeds are the reason that some species of birds doesnt last long 5. Large because not only its adaptable it can swallow any kind of beak big or small

IV.

Summary And conclusions Conclusions Base on my results and hypothesis testing I saw that the type of beak has a significant effect no matter how big or small in surviving natural phenomenon that undergo natural selection.
