BWFD offers the most comprehensive engineering packages for pre-commissioning services in the industry. Our team of talented engineers have worked closely with the industrys leading engineering and construction firms to develop effective and measurable cleaning programs on some of the worlds largest and most complex projects. Comprehensive procedures addressing safety, system preparation, equipment requirements, manpower requirements, acceptance parameters, hazard analysis, and job execution steps. Evaluation and integration of client and manufacturers specifications and standards, including any and all applicable governing regulations. Detailed drawing packages including marked Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), fabrication drawings, support design and details, piece marked erection isometrics and 3-D plant rendering drawings. Development of detailed site-wide cleaning programs including system definition, cleaning methods, acceptance criteria, procedures, Owner/ OEM/EPC/Subcontractor responsibilities and scope of supply, scoped drawings, resource and equipment requirements, and preliminary design. Stress analysis of temporary and permanent plant piping systems to ensure compliance with applicable ASME Piping Codes. Compressible and Incompressible fluid flow analysis. Design of temporary and permanent plant piping systems.
