7 MOUNTAIN MANDATE:

Psalms 72: 1 Give the king your justice, O God, and your righteousness to the royal son! 2 May he judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with justice! 3 Let the mountains bear prosperity for the people, and the hills, in righteousness!

Righteousness, Justice, Peace be established in Africa. Righteousness is the mandate, an obligation, and indispensable mandate for the manifestation of the prophetic fulfillment of the Jubilee in the 7 mountains of society. The seven mountains of society include the following: 1.Family 2.Media 3.Government 4.Culture/Celebration Arts 5.Education 6.Business 7.Belief System/Religion Principle #1: God created people to function within domains of influence. We are Kings, and we are to operate as kings in these domains. Principle #2: Every domain represents the sphere of influence Principle #3: There are contentions between the kingdom of darkness and that of God.
Zechariah 9: 13 For I have bent Judah as my bow; I have made Ephraim its arrow. I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and wield you like a warrior's sword.

In this scripture the sons of Greece represents the people that are under the world system while the sons of Zion are the king-priests of Jehovah. Principle #4: The Kingdoms of darkness have established systems in the mountains that are opposed to Gods will/counsel. This has been made possible because the sons of Zion as in the

parable of the tare and wheat where jesus says they were a sleep in
Matthew 13: 24 He put another parable before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field, 25 but while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat and went away.

But however a time is coming when the mountains of the Lords house will be exalted above the darkeness. This is stated in the prophecy in
Isaiah 2: 2 It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and shall be lifted up above the hills; and all the nations shall flow to it, 3 and many peoples shall come, and say: Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

As vs3 proclaims that ..that he may teach us his ways.. We as the sons of Zion must openly declare that I WILL WALK IN GODS PATHS! And also it declares For out of Zion shall go the law At this a pointed time the lords counsel shall be seen on all 7 mountains!! His ways will be very influencial that the following will be evidenced: i. Visibility in programs and solutions to problems. ii. Viability which is unlike the world system iii. Vitality that signifies energy that will flow from the mountains because of the energy from Gods glory!! iv. Versatility in the way in which the people of God will be begin affecting all the areas that society as based on. THE DOMAIN (Adams Example)
Genesis 2: 15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it. 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die. 18 Then the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.

The garden is the illustration of the domain, and like it was given to

Adam it has as well been given to each and every one of us, so that we can accomplish purpose! However not all purpose is known by man and because of this ignorance the man will usually ABUSE (Abnormally USE) his purpose! How then can I know what my purpose is in the wake of this fact? There are three identifiers of ones purpose and the mountains one would be belong to and these include; 1. PASSION: This is what drives you to so something whether you are paid for it or not. 2. PROBLEM: This is what you should take out of the mountain by bringing a solution to that problem. For example; its common place to see that man would construct something like the cancer institute after loosing someone to cancer. Observe
Zephaniah 3: 19 Behold, at that time I will deal with all your oppressors. And I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in all the earth.

There is going to be I will change their shame into praise a transformation of those things in life that brought shame into praise. 3. PROVISION: At that point in which one discovers ones purpose God will have already provided the things that will be able to enable us accomplish the purpose that we have been called.
Genesis 2: 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, You may surely eat of every tree of the garden,

What then are the wrong theologies (mindset beliefs) that will hinder the fulfillment of the 7-mountain mandate? 1.DOMINANCE OF THE TRUNCATED GOSPEL: The gospel that is going around in these last days is one of faith, healing and prosperity but if we observe the gospels

forexample:

Luke 4: 43 but he said to them, I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose.

The true gospel is that of the Kingdom of God. 2.THE CHURCH AS A RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION: The church has never been a religious institution, but however it is the ecclesia/ government institution of the kingdom of God of which we are not just citizens but ambassadors or better a Legislator as in Psalms 149 3.THE MEMEBERSHIP TO A CHURCH: This has never been the purpose of Christianity; we are all citizens of heaven and ambassadors of the Kingdom of God as we have seen already. 4.THE EARTH AS AN INDEPENDENT ENTITY IN GODS PLAN: The Earth is to be understood as Gods colony and as such the colony of the Kingdom of heaven just as we would have Uganda, which is a colony of the British, to the extent that we had to adopt the practices and belief systems of the British in a sense that before the Queen of England could visit this colony it should resemble the colonizing country. With this understanding of the Earth as the colony of the Kingdom of heaven as the ambassadors we are to fulfill what the Lord Jesus declared in the Lords Prayer;
Matthew 6 10: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

5.THE CHURCH AS A PLACE: The people of God are what should be understood as the church. In that wherever there is a congregation of believers that is Church. 6.SPIRITUAL SECULAR DICHOTOMY: This belief that there is based on greek philosophy that there is duality of life. That there is a secular and a Godly part of life; this is deception because secular is derived from the greel word Secularom, meaning anything without God . As far as God is concerned there is no such thing as secular, because God is in all things. The church has been in effective in the workplace

because of this simple deceptive concept, among many other mountains that make up the society. Its our mandate to bring the truth to the mountains, by bringing Gods counsel. 7.FULL-TIME AND PART TIME MINISTRY CONCEPT: This too is a deception, because as a Christian you are in fulltime ministry wherever you are. 8.THE INSULARITY OF CHRISTIANS: Christians are unable to beyond church (religious activity) to influence life. The Lord desires more territorial churches! Look at the territorial church of Antioch in Acts 13, a further study of Acts 14, 15 & 16 you will notice these Christians like Paul, Peter among others didnt restrict there activities to within the synagogue but they affected the market place. For example Paul was a Businessman ministering in the 5 fold anointing in the marketplace. His business was just a means to an end! Likewise when we look at the other apostles we need this understanding if the 7-mountain mandate is to be fulfilled such that we can have: i. ii. iii. iv. Barnabas(es) i.e. sons of consolation, bringing in relief to those that are weary. Simeon(s) i.e. those that hear from God, bringing Gods counsel. Lucius(es) i.e Carriers of light (of the gospel). Manean(s) i.e. counselors

God desires all these different characters in the mountains that make up society. In fact to better understand this concept the 5 ministry gifts described in Ephesians 5 can be understood as the 5 systems that make up the body and these systems function together to enable the body move forward and perform its purpose, forexample: i. Skeletal System: These are the Apostles since like the skeleton they provide strength to the body. Likewise when people who have this gifting are operating in the mountains. Nervous System: These are the Prophets since like the nervous system they provide the stimulation for action, which in this case is action to obey Gods word. Reproductive System: These are the Evangelists since like the reproductive system they provide multiplication of the numbers of

believers through broadcasting the gospel. Circulatory System: These are the Pastors since like the circulatory system they carry the food (of the gospel), provide nurturing to all other parts of the body and take out waste (what is not acceptable). Digestive System: These are the teachers since like this system they help break down the food (of the gospel) so it is easily assimilated into other parts.

This is the picture that God wants us to get as we get into the 7 mountains of the society such that Gods counsel and thus Kingdom be established on each and every mountain.

THE 7 MOUNTAINS: (A small excerpt from the book on 7 mountains)

Deuteronomy 7: 1 When the LORD your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, and clears away many nations before you, the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations more numerous and mightier than yourselves, 2 and when the LORD your God gives them over to you, and you defeat them, then you must devote them to complete destruction. You shall make no covenant with them and show no mercy to them. 3 You shall not intermarry with them, giving your daughters to their sons or taking their daughters for your sons, 4 for they would turn away your sons from following me, to serve other gods. Then the anger of the LORD would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly.

1. FAMILY (Foundational Mountain) Enemy: Jebusites signifying rejection. Principality: Baal the perversion which has been introduced by the social systems. Gifting to overcome them: All As we have come to understand the common problem in this mountain is irresponsible parents who leave their children and the majority of whom suffer from rejection. Instead parents should be actively involved in the discipline of their children and in training them up in the ways of the Lord. Like Abraham whom God choose because of what was stated in
Genesis 18: 19 For I have chosen him, that he may command his children and his

household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing righteousness and justice, so that the LORD may bring to Abraham what he has promised him.

And because of this he was able to destroy a armies of four nations with only 316 member of his household that were trained by him. 2. MEDIA Enemy: Hittites signifying the carriers of bad news Principality: Appoleon the destroyer, this has been so bad that everything that society lives by has been destroyed from morals to principles. Gifting to overcome them: Evangelists, Prophets

3. GOVERNMENT Enemy: Girgashites signyfing corruption and manipulation Principality: Lucifer Gifting to overcome them: All The mission here is introduce a breed of servant leaders with all the diverse giftings. 4. EDUCATION Enemy: Amorites signifying secular humanism, which heavily
promotes the belief that there is no God and that science is the way forward.

Principality: Beelzebub the carrier of lies, There are so many lies now in the learning process and many people are being led astray such as ..evolution not creation is the basis of understanding of life Gifting to overcome them: Teachers 5. BUSINESS Enemy: Canaanites signifying greed.

Principality: Mammon There is a philosophy by which the world systems are based on and that is SCARCITY whereas the truth that the kingdom of God provides is the philosophy of ABANDANCE. Gifting to overcome them: All 6. CULTURE/CELEBRATION ARTS Enemy: Hivites signifying compromise of right standards Principality: Jezebel who brings seduction This is very important especially for people who form the group of opinion leaders such as famous actors, footballers among others who determine what is in vogue or what is acceptable among people. Gifting to overcome them: Prophets

BELIEF SYSTEMS/RELIGION Enemy: Perizzites signifying Idolatry Principality: Religious Spirit This can only be overcome by the empowering of the Holy Spirit who enable men to overcome the religious attitude of the Pharisees. STRATEGY FOR ESTABLISHING THE 7 MOUNTAIN MANDATE A. Bring Gods glory and counsel to all places of society in the likeness of the tabernacle of David and not as of the tabernacle of Moses which as restricted to the Holy of Holies as portrayed in Acts 15:15-17. B. Penetrating all systems and restructuring them as Jeremiah 29:4-7 says, such that; a. Build house, which are of prayer! b. Plant gardens, which serve two purposes that is ecstatic for attraction of people to these houses of prayer i.e. in the domains, and the other is to eat the fruit which means enjoy the benefits of setting up these houses of prayer. C. Take wives; which signifies prophetic marriage to each

mountain like Isaiah 62:45 states. As a wife, the one married to her should speak good words to her, and nurture her, like wise with the domains. D. Beget sons and daughters simply mean multiply people in those domains with same ideology as binging Gods counsel in that particular domain. E. These sons and daughters are to get wives and husbands respectively, which implies that through the spiritual discipline the multiplication continues through the generations. By doing this there will be an increase and thus prevent the diminishing. F. Seek peace for the city, which implies that as people in the different domains, we should engage in prayer for the domains in which our mountains operate such as cities, nation and continent. This strategy is better understood as that described in the parable of yeast in Matthew 13:

33 He told them another parable. The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.

In that as yeast which is; a) Small in quantity but power in quality. b) Works quietly c) Influencing and not being influenced. d) Activated by heat and pressure. e) Result oriented We are to operate in the mountains within our domains and be useful instruments in the Lords hands. PRAYER ACTION: 1. Renounce the truncated gospel. 2. Reject the idea that the church is a religious institution and ask the Lord to help you see the church as a colony of heaven. 3. Ask the Lord to help you see the church as a gathering of his people. 4. Ask the Lord to deliver you from the spiritual-secular dichotomy. 5. Ask the Lord to begin the rebuilding the systems that are in Africa as a continent 6. Ask the Lord to raise individuals in the different mountains as; Apostles as Skeletal system, Prophets as the Nervous system, Evangelists as the reproductive system, Pastors as Circulatory System, and Teachers as the Digestive system. 7. Ask the Lord to help you see these changes first in your life, family and in your city. 8. Pray to the lord in this way: a. Oh lord, help me in increase power to build houses of prayer.

b. Oh lord, help me in increase power to sustain these houses of prayer in Jesus name. c. Oh lord, help me in increase power to raise models that attract people into the kingdom in Jesus name. d. Oh lord, help me in increase power to enjoy the benefits of what I am going to do. e. Oh lord, help me in increase power to get married to a particular mountain of influence in my city and country. f. Oh lord, help me in increase power to multiply myself. g. Oh lord, help me in increase power to remove wrong mentalities, beliefs and replace them with the Kingdom mentality and beliefs h. Oh lord, help me in increase power to be like yeast as I go forth to bring the 7-mountain mandate to my domain. 9. All this in Jesus name and for the glory of God
