Dear Friends,
Our Task Force is working on a short term plan and also toward a long term Master Plan for the 44 acre Capital Area Bahai Center property. We will be keeping you informed about the progress of both through this Feast communication.

Communities are holding Holy Day observances and

A circular mile-long meditation trail connects 9 prayer stations. Each spring these prayer stations are offered for sponsorship by Assemblies who can then landscape them in unique ways for the enjoyment of all visitors. To become a sponsor this year contact Steve at stephen.buczinski@verizon.net.

We give a hearty thank-you to the more than 25 friends who came out to the property April 8-9 for the Annual Potomac River Watershed Cleanup. They picked up 57 bags of trash and cleaned the entire 1,100 feet of shoreline.

The Capital Area Bah Center property is located a few minutes south of the D.C. Beltway at 11111 Riverview Road, Fort Washington, Maryland. It is administered by the Spiritual Assemblies of Prince Georges County South and Montgomery County Southeast.

Considering a share to be one dollar a day ($365 a year) then 500 Bahs and institutions contributing one share each year will achieve the goal of developing the property and paying off the personal loans that made the purchase possible. Many individuals and institutions will want to take on two or more shares. A pledge form is on the back of this letter.

Car Contribution Campaign - Donate your old "Clunker" for sale or auction with the proceeds going towards development of the property. You may claim fair market value on your tax return. To participate contact Lecile at 301-585- 0881 or lecile@juno.com.
