In the name of ALLAH the Beneficent and the Merciful We are highly grateful to Almighty Allah who gave us power to complete this report. The report is about the Nestle Milk Pack Pakistan Ltd. The basic focus was to know the HRM Practices of Nestle Milk Pack and analysis of HRM Practices. The report shows the need of HRM and its practices for HR Manager in Nestle Milk Pack Limited Kabirwala Factory, Mr. Irfan Ahson. So for getting the best result from HR Manager we have designed a Visiting program but due to balances closing month, they all were busy but provided almost all information which was very effective and met the need of HR Practices of Nestle Milk Pack Limited. We are very thankful to Nestle Milk Pack of Kabirwala Factory for their cooperation and guidance which they grant us for completion of the report. Moreover, their time-to-time guidance in preparing report by telephonic conversation was also been a great aid. And of course our parents and teachers encouragement cannot be ignored and we dedicate this report to our beloved parents and honorable teachers.

Executive Summary

The report which was assigned to us is really a reflection of knowledge and practical implementation of this knowledge. First of all there is discussed all about Nestle background informations like its mission statement, vision statements and also product & services etc. Then there is discussed Human Resource planning procedure that How Nestle adopt those practices like Planning, Recruitment and Selection etc. Then there is also discussed about Training and Development Method that How Nestle trained their employees. Then there is discussed about Performance appraisal, How employees performance to be evaluated in Nestle. Then also discussed about what Nestle give rewards or compensation to their employees. At the end of this report, there are also given references and Data sources through that we completed this report
