Shortcomings
I dont know what we would do without them, but having the volunteers really masks the severity of the problem. The library impacts so many different areas: differentiated instruction in reading, research skills in social studies, having books on new topics as theyre added to state frameworks, etc. Class sizes are going up and our resources are going down.
