Hi I`m Halima and I am six years old and I live in Tanzania with my Family. my house is a mud brick house with a straw roof.

Q. What is your favourite game to play? A. My favourite game to play is hopscotch and I play it with my friends. Q. What time do you get up at? A. I get up at seven AM on weekends and I wake up at seven-thirty on week days. Q. What do you study in class? A.I study Writing, English and drawing. Q. What diseases do you get? A. In Tanzania you can get Malaria and diarrhea. Q. What is your mothers name? A. My mothers name is Zaitnnil.

People in Tanzania have to grow their own food and find their own water.

Letter to Meals on Wheels


To whom it may concern My name is Samantha and I am a 3/4 student at Moonee Ponds Central School. This term as part of our Integrated studies we have been investigating issues regarding Meals on Wheels, I was wondering if you could answer this very important question. How would people help deliver food if they dont have a car or a license? Thanks for your time. From Samantha. Unfortunately I havent got a reply yet. We wrote to Meals on Wheels because they are an important group who help people who cant cook or shop for themselves.

Healthy Diet: breakfast and snack


For a healthy diet, we have given you a list of what you can eat for one whole day. We have four different people can all chose this whole day recipe. Breakfast: Person1: 2 slices of toast with butter and Vegemite and a glass of milk. Person 2: 2 slices of toast with butter and Vegemite and a glass of milk. Person3: home made muesli with milk and a cup of tea. Person 4:homemade muesli, yogurt and green tea. Snack: Person 1: 1 orange and glass of water. Person 2: 1 apple and glass of water. Person 3: 1 banana and cup of tea Person 4: goji berries and green tea.

Healthy Diet: Lunch And Snack


Lunch: Person 1: 1 sushi and glass of water. Person 2: 1 sushi and glass of water. Person 3: yogurt cup of tea and 2 slices of watermelon. Person 4: zucchini slice and cup of tea. Snack: Person 1: 4 slices of water melon and a glass of water. Person 2: 4 slices of watermelon and a glass of water. Person 3: 2 corn thins with tomato and cheese. Person 4: goji berries and tea.
Exercising isn't the only thing to help you get healthy, you should also have a healthy diet too.

Dinner, water to have been drunken and exercise


Dinner: Person 1: Hamburger with the lot ( homemade) and glass of water. Person 2: Hamburger with the lot (homemade) and glass of water. Person 3: Hamburger with the lot ( homemade) and glass of water. Person 4: Hamburger with the lot ( homemade) and glass of water. Water: Person 1: 5 glasses of water. Person 2: 5 glasses of water. Person 3: 5 glasses of water. Person 4: 5 glasses of water. Exercise: Person 1: bike riding. Person 2: gymnastics. Person 3: walk. Person 4: run.
