My name is Hamlima I live in Tanzania and I live in a small mud brick house with my family and I am six years of age.

ing to get money for your family instead of going to school? At school I to learn to read and write I like learning English I also like drawing. I think I should get a good education so that I can get a good job.

Some countries in the world are called third world countries because they dont have all the things we have.

How do you manage to have fun with not many things to have fun with?

A.I play with my


friends after school and after chores I find some time to play with my brother and sisters our favourite game is hopscotch. Hamlimas country doesn't have all the things that we hah have do but they create things to take their place. Hamlima and her family can now live without worrying because of the things they were donated by charity

Wide Arm Circles


Aim: To get our arms moving freely to do running exercises. STEPS 1. 2. Find space to work Make sure that your arms are a length away from your partners. Move both arms in forward circles. Then do the same thing the other way. DIAGRAM

Fun Run
Aim: STEPS 1 set up the four boxes in a line making sure there is a fence at both ends of the line. 2 Weave through the four boxes and then go to one of your fences and do ten push ups against it. 3 Then weave back through the boxes and run around the oval to where one of your fences is and do another ten push ups against it.

When you do this its ideal to have a big space to work with.

To improve your running your dogging skills and also your footwork.

Equipment: 4 cardboard boxes, 2 fences or a all and lots of space to work with.
