About Citi Management Associate Programme The Citi Management Associate Programme in Singapore is a cross-franchise Programme which allows Management Associates to gain a broad exposure of our businesses. Singapore is the first country in Asia Pacific and second in the world to have a cross-franchise Management Associate Programme in Citi. This provides opportunities for job rotations across businesses in the Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Group and Corporate Functions. Over a period of 36 months, the Management Associates will undergo: Four three-month rotations in the first year where they will be exposed to front, middle and back office operations Twelve-month placements in the second and third year that will provide opportunities for the Management Associates to take up greater responsibilities and gain depth in different areas of specializations Some business areas that Management Associates may rotate in include: Corporate/Commercial Global Transaction Banking Services Corporate Affairs Global Wealth Management Credit Payment Products Human Resources Financial Control Operations & Global Markets Technology

To be considered for the Management Associate Programme, candidates must have: nd Minimum 2 Upper Honours Genuine interest in the degree or postgraduate degree financial services sector Up to 3 years of working experience for working Strong analytical and professionals quantitative skills

Displayed consistent and outstanding leadership ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
