DVinche Shasor , was held in P. del Rosario St. Cebu City on the 27th day of September. The meeting convened at 6:00 , President Vincent Cleo Caracuel, and Nikki T. Castillon, secretary. Chairmans Report: The president opened the meeting with the agenda: Product Launching Board briefly discussed the options. Motion by Sheila Lood Move that the product launching be on Oct. 4, 2012. Seconded and passed without dissent President announced that the product launch will be on that date. Motion by Rosa Caridad Calag Move that the product launching will be held at Fort San Pedro.

Seconded and passed without dissent. President announced that product launch be held at Fort San Pedro. Motion by Johnna Amour Ando Move that the budget for the venue would be PHP 150,000. Seconded and passed without dissent. President announced that the budget be PHP 150,000. Motion by Nikki Castillon Move that famous celebrities and media personalities would be invited during the launching. Seconded and passed without dissent. President announced that celebrities and media personalities will be invited. Motion by Vennyse Rabadon Move that a professional master of ceremony would be hired for the product launching. Seconded and passed with dissent by Moanna Senoc that the CEO would be the one to host the launching to reduce costs. President announced that he himself would be the host. Motion by Sheila Poro Move that food service would be in a buffet style serving sweets and shakes. Seconded and passed without dissent. President announced that food serving would be in a buffet style. Motion by Irene Joyce Felecio Move that advertisements on the product launching would be through flyers. Seconded and passed with dissent by Vennyse Rabadon that advertisements on product launching wuld be through T.V. Commercial, newpapers and magazine. President announced that advertisement be on T.V. ads, newspapers and magazines. Motion by Moanna Senoc

Move that each member would be assigned to their own committee. Seconded and passed without dissent. President announced and assigned each board member in different committees.
