Chapter One
Author and Editor Guidelines
IGOS is very active in the writing, publishing and redoing of classic occult science texts. There is always a need for individuals to edit IGOS material. The guidelines an editor uses are very similar to what is required from an IGOS author. The end result is the same whether that text is completely written from scratch by author, or being edited for publication from IGOS created material. There are several guidelines IGOS requires for publication.

Look and Feel

IGOS has its own way of publishing. We like our books to have a certain unique look and feel. We like creative thinking in the design and layout of IGOS books, otherwise known as COOL STYLE.

Fonts
This is an important area for IGOS style and recognition. We use Mongolian Baiti for all our publications. Basic text font size is 16 with chapter and title heading 20-24 in size. This gives IGOS a certain basic look without using fancy hard to read fonts. This practice is over used and shows an extremely low class of book design. Giving a book a certain look by using fonts styles mostly, shows really poor creative design. Having a book with a creative look that involves spacing, font sizes and general look of the book, is high class book publishing without using obnoxious hit you in the face fonts. All books are formatted in US 8.5 X 11 inch size. This is important for proper publishing. It is needed in PDF and in WORD. If another size is required, IGOS will inform you and it will be detailed in your contract.

Spacing and Feel

The empty space in a book is just as important as the text for creating a feel for a text. Ease of reading, properly spaced text, chapter headings on the right side page and paragraph spacing all give the book a Feel. The hugely successful book line, Dummy books has a certain friendly look to them, by using spacing, easy to read text and layout that the public loves. Wiley the publisher of these texts, just donated 300 MILLION DOLLARS to charity, do you think these books sold well? Dummy books not only offer information in a different manner but the
4

layout of the book is user friendly. Go to your local bookstore and look through the Dummy books and look at their feel and design.

Do not look at fancy occult books to get a feel of what IGOS wants. We feel these texts are way over done, lacking style and creativity to the max! Making a grimoire look like something out of horror movie is not what IGOS is all about. These Hollywood style books are not proper tools and serve no purpose to the serious occultist. Fancy books stay on shelves, Handbooks are used. That does not mean poorly bound just not fancy bound. IGOS intends to publish texts in hardcover and quality paperback.

It is all about Style, Dude!

It is really hard to explain STYLE. I like to describe Style as interesting. If you open a book, does it tell you to read it? It is easy to find information in the book? Does it kind of interest you, to look further? These are the kind of things to think about when you are designing the look and feel of the book. It should flow from one section to another. Pages numbers and headings should be easy to read and accessed. Crowed text on a page is a real TURN OFF. This is often done by publishers to save money and for no other reason. The less pages the lower the cost of the book. Most readers hate this as well. A full page of tightly spaced text is intimidating, boring and hard to read. This is where empty space is important. Again think look and feel. IGOS books are training manuals that will be read and reread numerous times. They are searched for certain text, illustrations and how to instructions. These areas of interest should be highlighted in some manner, easy to
5

locate and NOT filled with too much extra text. You are dealing with very unique texts here, how would you like to access important instructions? Detailed instructions should be placed on a page of their own. Magical Sigils and Symbols of all kinds should be on their own page as well. This makes it easy to scan or photo copy. THINK USING THIS BOOK IN A PRACTICAL FASHION. Again, these are Instructional manuals. Not only is crowded text on a page bad, it hurts the over-all page count. In general everyone hates books that are under a hundred pages. Most publishers will not even publish a book unless it is 200 pages or more. A lot of books are mostly filler with only 10-20 pages of practical material. Unless you are writing a booklet, that should be 35 pages or more, a new book should be near 100 or more. Editing a book to increase the page count to 100 or more is also recommended. Here spacing and adding illustrations is critical to increase page count. No matter the value of the written text, it is partly judged by the number of pages in the book. This is just a business reality. I found people like long texts. The, I am too lazy to read crowd, is pretty large but, IGOS will not cater to this crowd by producing mini junk booklets like others publishers do. But, IGOS is open to anything of quality.

Chapter Two

Editor Involved Content

As an editor you are not to change any content whatsoever unless it is a GROSS error of some type. This could be a missing word, spelling error or something else that just seems to be left out or wrong. If there is a question on this, contact the Guild to assist you. That does not mean the contents cannot be made to look interesting in a number of ways that make the content more interesting. Just do not change anything or put things in your own words, because you think it is better that way. That is NOT what an editor does. This is NOT a rewrite it is a Redoing of layout, design and fonts. I had a problem with one editor that thought it was a rewrite and started changing text. These types of changes on a book is never ending and usually ends up coming out as an entirely new book. That is not what IGOS wants nor is the editor skilled enough in the subject matter to do this. This one editor started writing about things he had no knowledge of. You can see content as a puzzle you are assembling into an exciting new picture. Once finished all those crude pieces are assembled in the

correct fashion and entirely new design is found, yet it was all made from the same pieces without modifying them.

Writer Content
IGOS has never changed an authors content or anything else in a book. How it is given to IGOS is how it will be published, if IGOS wants to publish it at all. Authors need to carefully editor their book and put it in a professional format as outlined here. IGOS will judge the book not only by the written content but, how professional the book looks in general. Spelling errors, poor illustrations or no illustrations all are a factor. If you follow the guidelines here, you will not have any problems. All books must be properly edited and look professional. If you are unable to do, IGOS can edit your book for you, for a fee. This depends on the text and the amount of work involved. Contact IGOS for more details if you need this service. It is a sad world that a book is judged by its cover but it is. IGOS tried to offer unique books by non-professionals that were not written well but had fascinating information in them. The brain washed public only sees spelling errors and book bindings, not content. I think there something exciting about crude texts with a few errors in it. I seem to be alone in this feeling. At this time with easy word processing technology, there is no need for spelling error or other layout problems. No one takes a person seriously if they do not offer a professionally prepared text. This is plain and simple, how it is. IGOS cannot look foolish as well, publishing poorly written and put together texts. All texts need to have a Front and Back Cover design. This should be full color or something creative. Here again, make it look exciting. IGOS can help here for a small additional fee if needed. We prefer you do this work yourself.
8

There are only a few areas of writing IGOS will not publish. This involves Universal Law of what is right with a few society laws thrown in that we must follow. Most are based on Universal Law. 1. We never publish a book detailing or recommending animal sacrifices or the use of animal products in anyway. This opens a huge can of worms. As occultists, we need to deal with this and understand how this fits into occultism. This is a long discussion so I will not detail it here, just give content guidelines. References to historical uses are okay, with details on modern substitutes, if available. There are unique methods to replace crude animal energies with Occult Condensers. Contact IGOS for further details on these methods. While primitive religions still use animal parts, like the Jews, Muslins and even Christians symbolically, occultists need to grow past this low level practice, used by ignorant poorly trained occultists. Few know Jews and Muslins have religious laws about killing animals and it must be done in a certain fashion. I tend to think this is not often done. In some cases IGOS will allow references to factory breed animals like chickens etc. After all these animals are killed by the billions yearly for food. If an animal part is needed from a food that can be easily obtained from a humanely slaughtered animal, this is okay. Most people eat meat and should not be a hypocrite about using some food animals and their parts. Wild animals of any kind and their parts are STRICTLY prohibited from being used in any rituals detailed. Here again, some historical references are okay. If your text has anything near what was just written about, contact the Guild for further details. Next Level occultism, occult science has methods to produce energies without using actual products.
9

IGOS is VERY sensitive about the use of any animal products. IGOS believes animals are much more evolved then humans and should be respected as so. We believe all non-human life is sacred and a diet of fruits and nuts, freely given by nature is best and should be sought as a way of life.

Sexual Practices Content

2. Non-consensual sex, including sex with animals and children are strictly forbidden. If a person cannot consent to sex for any numbers of reasons, this is not proper sexuality. I think we all understand what this means. If a person drugged, mentally ill or too young, are all situations of non-consent. With that stated, anything consenting adults want to do is generally okay with IGOS, including description of homosexual acts. If your text contains any sexuality clear it with, IGOS first.

Other Content
Most everything else goes. Of course, for legal reasons we need to review all texts for content in general but, we never change texts in general. If something is illegal we are forced to ask the author to remove it from their text. As a general rule, IGOS never changes the authors text in any manner. The only area we are not interested in publishing is Satanism in all its forms. Demonology, Cursing and Destructive magic, are all areas IGOS will publish, just not Satanism. See Guild Handbook for more details.
10

It is generally a good idea to contact IGOS with an outline of the material you are interested in having published for review. IGOS does not expect to publish many outsiders books. It is important to read the IGOS Handbook One, for complete details and policies on IGOS publishing activities and about IGOS in general.

A General Word on Occult Content

The occult world of knowledge is pretty small, especially to the average occultist not involved in a serious occult science Guild. Everyone needs to understand that occult knowledge is not owned by anyone. I am always amused by those claiming to own grimoires and other occult knowledge. This needs to detailed, grimoires are ancient texts, according to the recently changed NWO copyright laws in the United States, anything pre-1923 is in the public domain, meaning that ANYONE can use the information anyway they like, no one person has ownership of this material. I even tested this with the copyright office by trying to copyright a grimoire text. I was informed I could not copyright the text. I could copyright the translation into English of the grimoire only. This brings a great many issues up. If a translation is correct, then you would actually own that grimoire in the English language. Anyone translating a text would be coming up with the same wording or almost the same. This is an important legal issue that a law College should seek the ultimate answer to. In basic copyright law, there needs to be a certain amount of differences to make it an original text. I will not go into long boring details here and law is more dependent on money than justice. This has happened to IGOS several times now. While IGOS has been criticized for bad translations, those criticizing have obtained the exact
11

same translation from the original text they claim to translate it from. What does this mean? We have covered this somewhat in the Art of Occult Translation by Grand Master Dragon. I suggest you read this for in-depth details. I still want to explain this a bit more here, as I cover it a little different. This means that ANYONE can restate the information offered in a grimoire. No one owns the information in a grimoire and I would go so far as to state, no one owns occult knowledge in general. All this knowledge goes back hundreds if not thousands of years. No one knows whom the original authors of the material used are. May be ownership of occult information in general should be established? Then a certain group would own it all. Of course, I do not really mean this but, it has happened somewhat with the OTO that claimed and won in court ownership of ancient occult material. The OTO claims their training goes back to the Knights Templars, if so this makes the material PUBLIC DOMAIN without a question! Anyone claiming ancient knowledge is in the same situation, even IGOS. This is one reason ancient knowledge was rarely written down as well. It also has caused the great problem of getting ancient knowledge to the public or even selected groups, everything needs to be written, there are no original complete teachings written down that can be just passed onto others. What further complicates things, are the modern practical application of ancient teaching that IGOS is primarily interested in offering.

Every organization hates people copying their work, no matter what that is. It takes a lot of hard work to do anything, writing is no different. But there are many that think that they own a grimoire and even an area of study, calling others that write on the same subject, using the similar research materials, PLAGIARISTS. This is a very difficult claim to make and those that do, are usually the biggest Plagiarists of all. I have included Wikipedias link to plagiarism, for better understanding of the
12

issue, copy and paste to access. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plagiarism) It is important for authors and editors to carefully read this. Frankly, stating non-fiction facts from a source that got it from another source is what research is all about. All writers and researchers take information from other sources and restate it. A talented person will add insights to this information but essentially it is the same information with a few comments thrown in. The core information was taken from another source that you did not INVENT and was usually in the public domain, especially in the occult field. It is generally thought that it is okay to use other materials on a basic level if, the author states he obtained information from that other source. Authors should take note of this. Of course copyright issues could come up as well. Anything non-fiction and based as a training manual, will have similar information in it that other training manuals on the same subject have. If a car repair manual states using a wrench to repair a certain part is needed, does that mean that they own this process? You can see how this gets out of control. When dealing with occult knowledge, things get even more problematic. No one owns anything in the occult world. Rituals, grimoires and magical practices go back hundreds of years. Occult Orders have accessed this knowledge but cannot own it directly. It ultimately is against Universal Law. Knowledge does need to be kept to a select few that deserve having it and this is done in a Guild structure. Ultimately knowledge in itself does NOT hold great power. It is the practical application of this knowledge that holds power. I have passed great secrets to people and they did not even realize it. The power in knowledge is first understanding that knowledge and then applying it. The dedication required to achieve anything in the occult sciences, is far beyond the knowledge itself, in the crude words given you, it about going beyond knowledge. This is detailed and taught in a real Occult
13

Guild. It is similar to getting a fantastic Stock market tip, without the money to invest in this tip, the knowledge is worthless. Everything taught comes originally from multi-sources, this is called compiled information, new insights gained from these sources explained in detail for practical use, is called wisdom, in the common world that means using all kinds of sources that others have used. I guess, a writer could mention other writers of similar material. But I find this a difficult thing to do. After all, I would think writing a book on subject means that you have your own special highly developed view of that subject that is NOT similar to another authors. It is only similar in the subject used, like Runes. Runes are not new and there are thousands of books detailing Runes. Using similar Rune symbols like other authors is a must sometimes. It is not copying because the Runes pre-date the authors writing by thousands of years. Yet the book would look similar in content, until the book is properly read. Should you thank all the Rune authors of the past? I guess you could do this to stay legal with any text ever written on the subject. Anytime a version of a text is done, sighting previous works of text needs to be done. This way plagiarism cannot be mentioned by the authors of the other versions of the same text.

There is a need for occult publishers to understand this and NOT get offended by other versions of occult texts that are published. The big question is, is this a copy or a version? I think we all know what copies are. Even those some try to hide this with an introduction that is followed by an exact copy of the old book as many publishers do. This is clearly copyright theft. But, books that give new insights, new ways of using a system, should be encouraged and the original publisher, if need be, should willingly allow use of the original text. Of course there needs

14

to an agreement on this and IGOS has set-up an Occult Publishing Guild to try and deal with these kinds of problems. I do not think most publishers, including IGOS has problems with versions, all publishers have problems with copying. The core knowledge is not owned by anyone and should be freely shared on some level. The practical training on how this knowledge is applied to daily life in a unique system offered by a Guild or other magical Order is something that is owned by that particular Order and covered by copyright law. This gets complicated as you read the training systems of others, what is really unique to that Order and how much is just common occult training with a few additions? Those that think they own something usually have used vast amounts of public knowledge that is now claimed as their own. I find it interesting, as is the case with several IGOS grimoires that people claim the IGOS translations are poor and they needed to make their own translation it get at the real meaning. When this is done, the translations are published with the SAME word for word translation as the original, or at least the translation is 99% the same. Adding comments or introductions does not change this fact. This is an obvious copy job for reasons only known to the author and publisher. IGOS was and is a non-profit organization. We are NOT motivated by profits. We do need funds for operational expenses, as donations in the occult world are far and few between. Many times this is a NWO tactic to destroy organizations bringing important secret knowledge to the public. In the end, unless the text is 80%, taken from the original source, it not a copy but a version of the same text. In the occult reality where there are limited classic texts to be researched and studied, no one has the right to claim ownership to classic texts, thus denying the occult public access to said texts.

15

Chapter Three

Illustrations and Artwork

IGOS is a big fan of artwork and illustrations. I think this adds to a book greatly. Whether it be illustrations added of a unique nature, ancient wood blocks or original, all make a text more interesting and exciting. Editors need to make sure that all original drawings remain in the texts as is.

Illustrations
Illustrations need to be clear and if you are editing the book, they need to be the original illustration from the manuscript you were provided. This is very important as the drawing from the original author holds important occult energy. Using stock or redrawn symbols is a big NO, NO! Thinking you know better than the original author or changing a symbol to look good like in modern times, is a huge occult error that devalues a text completely. The symbols hold a great deal of original energy from author or illustrator that drew them. Their original intention
16

is programmed in to that original drawing. Using pretty new drawing for occult texts is an error often committed by new authors redoing classical texts. This is a terrible error committed by poorly trained occultists.

VERY IMPORTANT ::: When dealing with grimoires it is critical to use the original drawing that was included with the original text. The slightest change or modern redoing makes the symbol useless! This is vital knowledge you need to understand whether youre an Editor or Author. This error of redoing symbols to make them pretty, for a modern readership, it a terrible error that has made most occult texts worthless. This is not professionalism as new authors would like to think it is. It is uneducated stupidity of a low level thinking occultist. This modern brainwashed idea that everything needs to look perfect and the text needs to be perfect above all else is INSANE! You will have hundreds of people comment on a spelling error and no people commenting on content. There is really something wrong here.

While proper editing is important and with modern word processing, errors should be rare, it is important to focus on the CONTENTS and pass the mind controlled attitudes you been brainwashed with.

This mental control has brought everyone to state of destroying the important content in a book for the sake of pretty looking texts and symbols. I well trained Occult Scientist fully understand the great importance of occult energy. Sacred Geometry is very important. Pyramids have power because of their shape, not the material their made of. Changing their shape for the sake of making them prettier is very foolish and destroys
17

the power it held in the old original form. The same is true of all symbols. When it comes to ancient symbols designed for drawing specific energies and spirits, the slightest un-noticed change from the original design, makes the symbol worthless. There is also the human thought form energy that is part of sacred geometry. The original creator of the symbol imparted specific energies into the symbol at the time of making it. This energy is then transferred to all future users. Redrawing the symbol loses all these empowerments forever. The Guild trains students about all these important factors of occult science, if you are unaware of these things you need to start educating yourself about this and other important serious occult knowledge. The same goes for changing content within the symbol into modern language or your language, whatever that may be. This is still changing the symbol and should NEVER be done. This is critical to understand for all occultists in general and especially for authors and editors. Much has been lost already by using this terrible pretty technique in modern texts. This why IGOS always included the original text with the translated text those that were members of the Inner Guild knew how to use the texts correctly. Those on the outside, the uneducated masses, did not. I hope this gives you further insight into how Occult Guilds work. Things are not as they seem. The public may get the same book with the same knowledge in it but, will lack the expert knowledge of how to properly use it. Nothing is as it seems, things can easily be hidden in plain sight. All original content must be kept original.

18

Chapter Four PRECOMPLETED WORK

It is important to post on Scribd.com the first 30 pages of your newly edited text in Microsoft Word, for the Guild to review, BEFORE continuing further. This will save a lot of wasted energy redoing an entire text.

COMPLETED WORK
All completed work needs to be furnished to IGOS in Microsoft Word. All types of basic business content needs to be added. This has NOTHING to do with changing an authors text in any manner. It is about basic business. Things that need to be added are, addresses, email, information about IGOS, information on the author, background information, editor notes about the text and many more basic business
19

and information. This is especially true for edited texts, lots needs to be added. This is then posted on Scribd.com in a PRIVATE FILE page that only IGOS can access for review and downloading. This is a FREE service offered at Scribd.com. You need to open a free account there. It is important to keep us informed about your progress on a weekly basis. It will save the editor and author a lot of redoing work if we follow you closely. Every text is new and exciting but brings with it new challenges. The general guidelines given here, should give you 90% of what you need to know. There is 10% left that could dramatically affect the book you are working on. This needs to be discussed. Open and often communication is needed. The Guild works on a very personal level with everyone, staying weekly or more in communication with you. This allows the Guild to get to know you and for you to get to know the Guild. Long term business and friendship relationships are built this way. Starting from basic business talk and moving into fascinating deep discussions about occultism and life in general. Occultists need to open up to other occultists and share knowledge and even better, deep personal feeling about occultism and their practices. Surface communication has little value and develops nothing more than the transfer of business information. IGOS is WAY past base level of communication. IGOS seeks the few gifted advanced occultists for serious communication. IGOS sees Editors and Authors as possible Guild Members and the process of working together tells IGOS volumes about a person. Sadly, few meet Guild requirements, especially after working with a person. Of course that is why there is a General Public Guild, where almost everyone is welcome, in the atmosphere of occultist fellowship.

20

Special note You will need Conversion software to convert PDF into Word and back again with some texts. You can get this free software at CNET.com in their download area. There are two programs, Wondershare PDF to Word and PDF to Word Converter and many more listed online in a Google search. Both are free or offer many conversions for free. You need knowledge of this process or you cannot help the Guild. Any serious writer will have this software. Only small parts of books will be supplied to Editors, to test their abilities.

21

Chapter Five Deadlines, Deadlines and more Deadlines

This is a very important area, like everything else in the Guild. This really shows the Guild your true nature. Many want to volunteer in a spirit of wanting to the help the Guild, few seem to understand the work involved in doing this. We all have busy lives, or we think we have. Like with money we all think that we do not have enough time. This is true to some extent, in the bigger picture it is not. People make time for what they want. I see busy executives with no time for anything all of a sudden. Have all kinds of time for a pretty girl they just met. The same for money, I seen those that claim not to have enough money buy pack after pack of death delivering cigarettes. There always seems to be money for porn, pizza and beer and never enough for important occult training. I see people waste endless hours playing video game after video game or watching endless hours of empty TV shows. There is nothing wrong with doing either of the above mentioned but, not for long hours when other exciting real life activities are waiting. Whether writing a book or editing it you are learning all kinds of real world skills as well as, learning important occult knowledge. Both of these practices
22

make you deal with the subject matter on a very deep level, thus gaining you deep greater knowledge. It is not work it is training yourself. You need to understand things past the Matrix mind level you are working from now, see the real world not the world others tell you about. Everyone will be given a serious deadline that must be met. There are times when this deadline will be changed for any number of reasons but, it must be understood that deadlines must be met. The one major problem that will sour the Guild to a person is NOT completing an assigned and agreed upon task, a task that you even signed an agreement to do. This shows a TOTAL lack of respect for the Guild that will not be tolerated. There are rare cases that cause tasks not to be finished on time, because of serious personal problems or major changes in the task given that were not expected or had to be changed. Here open communication is greatly needed to solve problems before hard feeling are created by your failure to achieve an agreed upon goal. Failure to meet a deadline is grounds for Excommunication from the Guild, it is taken that serious. You certainly will never be allowed in the membership.

IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND

It is a common trick of DECEIVERS to waste your time with endless help that never manifests as anything. They are sent to delay you in all areas. This is the game of NWO Satanists that harass all positive magical orders around the world. People think that Illuminati type groups kill and threaten you, while this happens sometimes, it is subtle harassment they are best known to do. Subtle harassment of asking stupid questions, taking as much of your time as possible on silly tasks, endless follow-ups on people that have NO intention of completing a task. All done in the name of helping you. We are on to all their tricks and will not stand for it.
23

Whether you are a Deceiver or really wanted to help, it matters not. Wanting is NOT DOING! Nothing is achieved by wanting, you are wasting my time if you do not complete a project assigned to you that you signed an agreement to do. If this how you operate in general, than you are not Guild material and we certainly are not interested in working with you. Deadlines not met, is a violation of your contract and we will end the contact with you and you can be excommunicated from the Guild or never allowed into the Guild ever. If you cannot complete a project you agreed to work on, you need to tell the Guild as soon as you can. Explain the problem or tell us, it is just too much for you handle. This IGOS better understands than not completing something and having excuse after excuse. Most projects assigned need to be completed in 2-4 weeks, this depends on the project and will be sited in the agreement with IGOS.

Contracts Required
Anyone working with the Guild on anything paid or not, writer or volunteer is required to sign a Work Agreement and a Non-disclosure Agreement. This is common and proper in the serious business world. There are too many disagreements and unclear policies not to have a written contract to make everything clear to both parties. This stops problems before they happen. This is why you are reading this now. I been in business for over 30 years and have learned the hard way that contracts MUST be used with ANY AND ALL involvements, no matter how small or large extent IGOS works with a person. No matter if that person is a Guild member or not. Everything needs to be TOTALLY understood by both parties. Guides like this with contracts, solve terrible future problems and unmask liars and frauds.
24

Working Contracts
These detail the exact procedures as outlined in this guide that you need to understand and follow. Specific details not covered here will be added to the Contract. This includes whether you are paid for work or offering your services are a volunteer. This includes but not limited to deadlines.

Non-Disclosure Agreements
This agreement is signed by everyone IGOS deals with, members and the general public. We will NOT work with anyone that does not sign a non-disclosure, period. These are very common in the normal business world and are the correct way of doing business. Generally this agreement means you will not share ANYTHING you have learned from IGOS with anyone else or legal action will be taken against you. This includes e-mail contact and everything else learned while working with the Guild. The agreement is very legal and is highly detailed. Authors sign the same agreements and a personal publishing contract as well. The terms vary per project and author. This is detailed between IGOS and author. Once required contracts are signed, the Editor will be given a Link for about 20 pages of the text they agreed to edit. Once this is completed to the satisfaction of IGOS, another 20 pages of text will be sent. This will be the process used to complete each text, 20 pages at a time. This
25

insures quality work is completed with careful Guild editing as well. Each step of the way IGOS will insure the text is completed correctly without giving anyone a free book in the process.

IMPORTANT :::::: You must have a scanner to work with IGOS. We require scanned business agreements with you actual signature on them and a scanned ID. This is either a Passport or Driver License with a utility bill to prove your home address. These will be posted on Scribd.com as well, for us to access and download safely, in a private file.

IGOS College Credit Program

Those Editing for IGOS on the completion of agreed upon work to IGOS high standards, can be issued College credits for this completed work. Editing is excellent occult training, as you have to read and reread important training material over and over. It also develops important practical skills that the Guild will always need and can be used for common world employment. IGOS will write a recommendation for all Editors completing work to our standards. These credits are usually similar to completing one entire class. Each project is looked at individually and credits issued based on quality, amount of work completed and the project overall. This is an added benefit of working for IGOS. The Editor is allowed to keep s copy of their completed work as a personal reference tool. Not to be shared with others.
26

Final Words
This guide is designed to give you an idea of the look and feel IGOS likes, as well as pass on important guidelines to those working with IGOS.

Communication is a key, as it is with most everything in life. Frank open communication is a must. E-mail tends to come on very strong and tends to be blunt. No one should be insulted by frank communication. It is needed to resolves matters in a timely manner. True feeling expressed by BOTH parties, result in the best possible mutual relationship. Whether that be ending communication or continued working together.

Required Soft and Hardware

Microsoft WORD or DOC A Scanner for contracts and IDs that are needed. We need a scanned copy of your signature on the agreements, along with scanned IDs. PDF conversion software to open PDFs and convert them to Word and back again, if needed. A Scribd.com account. Personal E-mail. Time to complete the project as agreed to.

I short word on IDs etc. In these times IDs and proof of home address is required for many similar services. Opening a private mail box, cashing a check and travelling through an Airport all require serious IDs and often proof of home address. IGOS needs to be careful whom obtains our materials. This is just good business for all involved. This information is never shared outside the Guild. Before contracts are written or any other information exchanged, we need a copy of your ID and proof of a home address. This is the first step IGOS requires.
