Managing Diversity Collaboration PHASE 6: Skills and Competence Development Workshops: Leadership Programme (6 Modules) Interpersonal Skills Self-Management Skills (Various Modules) Communication Skills Negotiating for Success Social Styles Effective Selling Conflict Management (also Conflict Management for Managers) Life Skills Programme for entry-level employees (6 Modules) PHASE 7: Outsourced Skills and Competence Development: We act as Knowledge Brokers, and will facilitate external programmes ranging from entry level skills, to executive development programmes, both locally and internationally. MAINTENANCE: The success of any organisational development programme lies in vigorous and relentless maintenance and follow up for life. We will plan and contract this as the programme develops. TIMEFRAME This programme is designed to run over a one-year period, followed by relentless and ongoing maintenance. GENERAL Individuals will decide on their own career development programme, and will nominate themselves for courses but will have to qualify for attendance through performance merits. 12 max per workshop.
