Love And Mercy In Al Qur’an

An Nisa (4)073. And if a bounty from Allah befell you, he

would surely cry, as if there had been no LOVE between you
and him: Oh, would that I had been with them, then should I
have achieved a great success!

Al An'aam (6)012. Say: Unto whom belongeth whatsoever is

in the heavens and the earth? Say: Unto Allah. He hath
prescribed for Himself MERCY, that He may bring you all
together to the Day of Resurrection whereof there is no
doubt. Those who ruin their souls will not believe.

Al An'aam (6)054. And when those who believe in Our

revelations come unto thee, say: Peace be unto you! Your
Lord hath prescribed for Himself MERCY, that whoso of you
doeth evil through ignorance and repenteth afterward
thereof and doeth right, (for him) lo! He is Forgiving,
Merciful.

Maryam (19)096. Lo! those who believe and do good works,

the Beneficent will appoint for them LOVE.

Thaha(20)039. Saying: Throw him into the ark, and throw it

into the river, then the river shall throw it on to the bank,
and there an enemy to Me and an enemy to him shall take
him. And I endued thee with LOVE from Me that thou
mightest be trained according to My will,
Al Ankabut (29)025. He said: Ye have chosen only idols
instead of Allah. The LOVE between you is only in the life of
the world. Then on the Day of Resurrection ye will deny each
other and curse each other, and your abode will be the Fire,
and ye will have no helpers.

Ar Rum (30)021. And of His signs is this: He created for you

helpmeets from yourselves that ye might find rest in them,
and He ordained between you LOVE and MERCY. Lo! herein
indeed are portents for folk who reflect.

Asy Syuura(42)023. This it is which Allah announceth unto

His bondmen who believe and do good works. Say (O
Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee therefor,
save LOVINGKINDESS among kinsfolk. And whoso scoreth a
good deed We add unto its good for him. Lo! Allah is
Forgiving, Responsive.

Al Fath (48)029. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And

those with him are hard against the disbelievers and
MERCIFUL among themselves. Thou (O Muhammad) seest
them bowing and falling prostrate (in worship), seeking
bounty from Allah and (His) acceptance. The mark of them is
on their foreheads from the traces of prostration. Such is
their likeness in the Torah and their likeness in the Gospel -
like as sown corn that sendeth forth its shoot and
strengtheneth it and riseth firm upon its stalk, delighting the
sowers - that He may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight
of) them. Allah hath promised, unto such of them as believe
and do good works, forgiveness and immense reward.

Al Hujurat (49)007. It may be that Allah will ordain love

between you and those of them with whom ye are at enmity.
Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Al Hadiid(57)027. Then We caused Our messengers to follow

in their footsteps; and We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to
follow, and gave him the Gospel, and placed compassion and
MERCY in the hearts of those who followed him. But
monasticism they invented - We ordained it not for them -
only seeking Allah's pleasure, and they observed it not with
right observance. So We give those of them who believe
their reward, but many of them are evil-livers.

Al Mujadilah (58)022. Thou wilt not find folk who believe in

Allah and the Last Day loving those who oppose Allah and
His messenger, even though they be their fathers or their
sons or their brethren or their clan. As for such, He hath
written faith upon their hearts and hath strengthened them
with a Spirit from Him, and He will bring them into Gardens
underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide. Allah
is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with
Him. They are Allah's party. Lo! is it not Allah's party who are
the successful?
Al Mumtahanah (60)001. O ye who believe! Choose not My
enemy and your enemy for allies. Do ye give them friendship
when they disbelieve in that truth which hath come unto
you, driving out the messenger and you because ye believe
in Allah, your Lord? If ye have come forth to strive in My way
and seeking My good pleasure, (show them not friendship).
Do ye show friendship unto them in secret, when I am Best
Aware of what ye hide and what ye proclaim? And whosoever
doeth it among you, he verily hath strayed from the right
way.

Al Mumtahanah 60(007). It may be that Allah will ordain love

between you and those of them with whom ye are at enmity.
Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Al Insaan (76)007. It may be that Allah will ordain LOVE

between you and those of them with whom ye are at enmity.
Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Al Balad (90)007. It may be that Allah will ordain love

between you and those of them with whom ye are at enmity.
Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
