Community hosts Chicken Dinner in support of Wolfville School Students

October 2012
The community of Wolfville came out in force for a chicken dinner in support of students at Wolfville School on a beautiful Friday evening in October. The dinner was an initiative of the Mud Creek Rotary, working with their community partners at the Wolfville Lions Club and the Wolfville SaveEasy, Wolfville School and the community-at-large.

Principal Steve Keddy dishes up a delicious dinner alongside Mud Creek Rotary members.

Proceeds from the event, which provides an opportunity for people from all corners of the Wolfville community to come together, provides direct assistance to students paying for healthy snacks and lunches for students who would otherwise go without.
The evenings enthusiastic and professional servers included students from Wolfville School, Horton High School and Acadia University.

Wolfville School and its students are fortunate to have committed and caring community partners.
