How to Make a Good Essay


Learning how to write an essay can be a maddening, exasperating process, but it doesn't have to be. Learning how to write an essay doesn't have to involve so much trial and error. There are 10 steps in general, to write an essay.
1. Research. It is the first step, in the begin of essay writing process is researching your

topic, making yourself an expert. You can use the internet, valid data, and also you can use library tou researching your topic.
2. Analysis. Learning how to write an essay begins by learning how to analyze essays

written by others. By using analysis you can search what the real happen.
3. Brainstorming. If your essay require insight of your own, genuine essay-writing

brilliance. You can ask yourself a dozen questions and answer them.
4. Thesis. Pick your best idea and pin it down in a clear assertion that you can write your

entire essay around.


5. Outline. Make an outline, its your spesifik idea of essay writing. 6. Introduction. Write the essay. The introduction should grab the reader's attention, set up

the issue, and lead in to your thesis. Your intro is merely a buildup of the issue, a stage of bringing your reader into the essay's argument.
7. Paragraphs. Each individual paragraph should be focused on a single idea that supports

your thesis. Begin paragraphs with topic sentences, support assertions with evidence, and expound your ideas in the clearest, most sensible way you can.
8. Conclusion. Gracefully exit your essay by making a quick wrap-up sentence, and then

end on some memorable thought, perhaps a quotation, or an interesting twist of logic, or some call to action.
9. Style. Format your essay according to the correct guidelines for citation. All borrowed

ideas and quotations should be correctly cited in the body of your text, followed up with a Works Cited (references) page listing the details of your sources.
10. Language. Set your good language by attention to correcting the grammar, making

sentences flow, incoporating rhythm, emphasis, adjusting the formality, giving it a levelheaded tone, and making other intuitive edits.

The classified of how to write a good essay are content of topic, planning, introduction of essay, body of essay, and conclusion. 1. Topic / Title
a. Choose topic you are passionate about, because it can makes you writing easier.

b. Getting sidetrack loses marks. c. Branch out using main and sub headings.
d. Develop ideas using facts, personal opinions in a logical order.

2. Planning
a. In this step you must know when to begin and how the essay should flow.

b. Make sure your essay is in chronological order so it easy to read. c. Gather facts and put them under headings they belong. d. Bullet point ideas will make writing the essay easier. e. Before you begin writing the essay, make sure your plan is in order so you wont miss out on anything to write in the essay. 3. Introduction of Essay
A. Write a few sentences that lead into the main point of your essay. B. End the paragraph with your thesis statement (3 main points you are going to

support).
