MARKETING PLAN (w.e.f. 1st Nov. 2012) Definitions :-

The following words used in Marketing Plan shall have the meaning as defined as under; a. Business Volume (B.V.) : It is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on companys website. The B.V. of product may be equivalent to selling price or different as may be declared by the company from time to time. Business Volume can also be changed from time to time by the company. b. Main leg (Group) and other leg / Legs (Group) The leg (Group) with highest Business Volume is called main leg (Group) of Direct Seller. All the legs (Group) other than main leg (Group) are called other leg/legs (Group). Main leg (Group) may be different in different months. c. Calculation of Sales Incentive on Difference Basis Net Sales Incentive of a Direct Seller is calculated by deducting Sales Incentive of downline group from Sales Incentive of total group. This can be termed as calculation on difference basis. The Sales Incentive relates to the Direct Seller who becomes disqualified for any reason for Sales Incentive, shall not be excluded for calculate of Sales Incentive payable to other Direct Sellers on difference basis. How to become Direct Seller :Application form for becoming Direct Seller under sponsorship of any existing Direct Seller has to be submitted through internet and a print out of the same has to be sent to the company Office after signing it by applicant and two witnesses along with the necessary documents. List of the documents to be submitted along with application form for becoming a Direct Seller. a. Two Passport size coloured photograph (Mention Applicant Name & Father/Husband Name on Back Side ). b. Self attested photocopy of any of the following documents for photo identification. 1. Passport (Valid) 2. PAN Card 3. Voters Identity Card 4. Driving License (Valid)

5. Written confirmation from the banks certifying identity proof 6. Domicile certificate with communication address and photograph 7. Central/State Government certified ID proof 8. Certification from any of the Authorities mentioned below:

Self attested Photocopy of any of following documents for address proof:1. Telephone bill not older than 6 months 2. Bank account statement not older than 6 months(Attested by Bank) 3. Electricity bill not older than six months 4. Ration card 5. Passport (Valid) 6. Driving License (Valid) 7. Voters Identity Card 8. Written confirmation from the banks (Attested by Bank) 9. Lease agreement along with rent receipt not older than 3 months 10. Current employers certificate mentioning residence 11. Domicile certificate with communication address and photograph 12. Central/State Government certified Address proof. Please note that expired passport cannot be used as address proof, it can be accepted as ID proof.

d. Cancelled original signed cheque which has the name printed of account holder or original Bank statement issued and attested by bank for the proof of Bank Account Number. e. Photo copy of PAN Card.

There is no charge for registration as a Direct Seller. After scrutiny of the application form and documents and then the acceptance of applicant as Direct Seller, a Unique/Track ID Number and password will be sent through SMS on mobile number given in application form.After receiving the ID Number and Password, the Direct Seller has to obtain the ID Card from their personal information on Website. A Direct Seller can be activated for sponsorship only when he/she completes his/her purchase of minimum Rs. 1000/-. Purchase can be done in parts but it has to be completed in a single month (commencing from the first day of month to end of that month). If Direct Seller does not fulfil

this condition he/she will not be entitled to sponsor. He/she can simply get performance bonus as per marketing plan by product purchase. One Direct Seller can sponsor as many person as he/she desire. Calculation of Sale Incentive:Sales Incentive is calculated on a fixed percentage of business volume of the purchase made by direct sellers and their groups on differential basis as follows: Up to 30% of B.V. Up to 6% of B.V. Up to 5% of B.V. as as as Performance Bonus on difference basis Royalty Bonus on difference basis Technical Bonus on difference basis

Example 2 :When one has business like Purchase in main leg (group) 1,18,000 B.V. Purchase in other leg/legs (group) 52,000 B.V. Self purchase 2,000 B.V. Total Business Volume 1,72,000 B.V.

Calculation of Performance Bonus Bonus of total group 1,72,000 x 25% = 43,000/Less Bonus of main leg (group) 1,18,000 x 22.5% = 26,550/Less Bonus of other leg/legs (group) 52,000 x 18% = 9,360/Net Performance Bonus = 7,090/Above examples are given for understanding. Note : Performance Bonus will be given to only those Direct Sellers whose minimum purchase of RCM Products is 100 B.V. in the relevant month or they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end of the relevant month. Performance Bonus will be calculated on monthly Business Volume on difference basis system (Deduction of performance bonus of downline from performance bonus of total group).

1. Royalty will be given to only those Direct Sellers whose minimum purchase of RCM Products is 1500 B.V. in relevant month or they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end of the relevant month. 2. Royalty will be calculated on difference basis by deducting Royalty of downline from total Royalty. 3. Royalty will be calculated on monthly basis.

4. When B.V. of any other leg (group) except main leg (group) is 3,50,000 or more, it is called second leg (group) and if B.V. of other leg/legs (other than main and second leg) is 1,15,000 or more, then he will get Royalty on second leg (group) also as per the slab applicable. Technical Bonus will be calculated on difference basis by deducting Technical Bonus of downline from total Technical Bonus of main leg (group). 3. Technical Bonus will be calculated on monthly basis. 4. To entitle for achieving Technical Bonus, one has to get 6% Royalty for consecutive 3 months. Other Legs (group) B.V. Technical Bonus on Main Leg (group) B.V. 1%

5. When B.V. of any other leg (group) except main leg (group) is 5,00,000 or more, it is called second leg and if B.V. of other leg/legs (other than main and second leg) is 5,00,000 or more, then he/she will get Technical Bonus on second leg (group) also as per the slab applicable. Terms & Conditions:1. Except abnormal reasons calculation of Sales Incentive shall be completed within 40 days from the last day of the month, for which Sales Incentive is to be calculated. 2. The amount of Sales Incentive will be remitted within in 90 days from the date of calculation of the Sales Incentive. Sales Incentive below Rs. 500 shall be remitted once within one year from the date of first accrual of Sales Incentive. 3. Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER). For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank account number and IFSC detail by Direct Seller. 4. If Direct Seller does not receive payment due to non compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Direct Seller or by any other reason created by Direct Seller, then complete responsibility for delay/ non payment will be of Direct Seller 5. If any defect is found in any of the RCM Products purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases. 6. Information about ID number and password of Direct Seller will be given through SMS on the mobile number mentioned in application form, so, it is the responsibility of applicant / Direct Seller to feed correct mobile number.
