Job title: Rental Tool Pool Asset Coordinator

Vacancy
The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia has a full-time opening (40 hours a week) for a Supply Clerk position in the General Services Section. Applicants must have the required work and residency permits to be eligible for consideration.

Main responsibility:
Assists with the annual warehouse inventory and inventories of household furniture when employees arrive and depart post. Accurately enters data into the ILMS program, extracts information as required and prints housing inventory reports. Assists occupants with inventory problems. Maintains supply inventory, fills supply requisitions, and assists with recommending which supplies to order to replenish stocks. Maintain SAP ETM (Equipment Tools Management) system, including tool allocation for assigned Update tooling usage register in ETM and plan maintenance based on offshore reports Follow up global service bases handling of tooling both with respect to local location control, storage

and maintenance of equipment. according to Rental Tool Pool procedures Follow up procurement activities

Qualifications:

College or university degree within engineering 1+ years of experience from the Subsea or similar industry service activities is an advantage Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems is an advantage Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral Accurate, productive and team player skills
