Bryan Cave LLP (Bryan Cave) hereby submits the following amended verified statement pursuant to Rule 2019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure: 1. Bryan Cave has been engaged as counsel to represent the following parties in

connection with the above-captioned cases: a. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee for the registered holders of Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-C1, and U.S. Bank National Association, as successor to LaSalle Bank N.A., formerly known as LaSalle National Bank, as Trustee for the

registered holders of ML-CFC Commercial Mortgage Trust 2006-4, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4 (jointly, the Trusts), b. c. d. 2. LNR Securities Holdings, LLC (LNRSH), LNR Partners, LLC (LNR), and LNR Archetype Real Estate Debt Fund, L.P. (LNR Archetype).

The Trusts hold secured debt with an aggregate unpaid principal balance of

approximately $160 million as described on Exhibit A hereto. Each loan is secured by a direct mortgage on the subject property and a security interest in the proceeds, rents and payment streams generated by the subject property. The address for the Trusts is c/o LNR Partners, LLC, 1601 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, FL 33139. 3. LNRSH is a Delaware limited liability company, having a mailing address at

1601 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. LNRSH holds certain mortgage-backed securities certificates in LB-UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-C7, which holds half of the $825 million mortgage loan referred to in these bankruptcy cases as the Fixed Rate Loan. These certificates were obtained more than one year before the commencement of these bankruptcy cases. LNRSH also holds 500 shares of Series C Cumulative Preferred Shares. 4. LNR is a Florida limited liability company, having a mailing address at 1601

Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. LNR serves as special servicer for each of the loans held by the Trusts, which were transferred to special servicing shortly before commencement of these chapter 11 cases, and has the right to be appointed as special servicer with respect to the Fixed Rate Loan. 5. LNR Archetype is a limited partnership having a mailing address at 1601
