Partnership Training: CIM trained the Maranatha Ministry Church Leaders at Theni (Tamil Nadu) from 16 th to 18th October.

Mr. J. S. Anbu, Executive Director and Prof. S. D. Jeyakumar, Director - Organisation Development of CIM were the Resource Persons. Participants testified that the training was motivating, encouraging and refreshing time of learning. Final phase of the partnership training program for the missionaries of Gospel Echoing Missionary Society (GEMS) was held at Bihar (Head office) on 24th and 25th October. The Resource Persons Mr. J. S. Anbu, Executive Director and Mr. Varghese Jacob, Director - Training Department of CIM made it memorable, as many of the leaders could recollect the earlier trainings and shared their experiences of how CIMs two years of training impacted their life and ministry to be more effective. CIM is grateful to God and thankful to GEMS Leadership for the opportunity to equip their missionaries.

One-day Partnership workshop for the Southern region leaders of India Campus Crusade for Christ was conducted on 30th October. The theme of the program was Serving Together. Rev. Master of Christian Management (MCM) and Diploma in Christian Management (DCM) study courses for the academic year 2012-13 started. (http://cimindia.in/management_crses_intro.htm) M.A. in Christian Management Semester-III Coaching Classes were held at CNI Bhawan, New Delhi from 16th to 19th October. The course students from across the country participated. Mr. Satveer Chakrapani, Mr. Thankachan Andrews, Mr. Paul Samuel, Mr. G. Chidambaram, Mr. Satyamurti and Mr. Aby Alexandar served as the resource persons. The subjects covered were Management Information System (MIS), Research Methodology and Statistics, Indigenous Resource Mobilisation (IRM), Disaster Management, Micro Finance Management and Office Management. The Semester II & IV examination results will be declared in November 2012. Upcoming program : Orientation Programme for the New batch of students from across the country will be held at Chennai on 26th November. This would be followed by Coaching Classes from 27th 30th Nov 2012.

Human Resource (HR) Consultation : Two-days HR Consultation and training was held on 26th & 27th October, 2012 at Sevoor, Tamil Nadu for 15 Navjeevan Seva Mandal (NSM) missionaries. Prof. S.D. Jeyakumar helped the leaders to have self (personnel) appraisal and had face-to-face performance appraisal which will help them to do their service effectively and

productively. This exercise for these second-line missionary leaders will be able to rejuvenate their vision and work for the growth and expansion of the Lords ministries in the unreached tribal and rural villages. SPECIAL EVENT: Our Executive Director Mr. J.S. Breakfast program for the FRIENDS OF CIM and Christian Professionals was held on 13th October, 2012 (Second Saturday) at Y.W.C.A. International Guest House, Chennai. Dr. Prateep V. Philip, IPS made the presentation on EXCENOMICS which was very lively, interesting and

thought provoking. A two days program for Tamil Nadu AG Church leaders was organised on 10 th and 11th Oct 12 at Kodaikanal. The program was co-ordinated by Ps. Nelson. Mr. J.S. Anbu our Executive Director was the facilitator on the subjects Leadership Development and Team Building. Mr. J.S.
