DAY 1: LIMA

Welcome to Peru! Arrival in Lima International Airport Jorge Chavez. After migration clearance, transfer to the hotel, located in the district of Miraflores, where the guide will brief you on your program and will answer all questions you may have.

DAY 02: LIMA

Breakfast at the hotel Our retrospective tour will commence in the modern part of the capital. A tour awaits us in which we will go through times in which our history began, and a reunion with the most representative of the modern districts such as Miraflores and San Isidro. From the splendid view of the Pacific Ocean with its beaches and walkways, the romantic park of love, the Huaca Pucllana, the Olive orchard which date back to the XVII century and well kept. From the XXI century and modern buildings of the financial centre we will pass bye the districts of Lince, Santa Beatriz where we arrive in the historical centre of Lima, which puts in evidence how majestic this city is, once called The City of the Kings. We will pass bye the Colon street where you may see the museum of modern art which was previously known as the exposition palace, designed by the famous engineer Alexander Gustav Eiffel. We continue visiting

Lima vice regal, with the San Martin square, city centre main square, government palace, the cathedral, The Monastery of San Francisco and its historical catacombs. 12:00 13:45 Guided visit to the Gold Museum, where you will see spectacular elaborated and carved pieces of gold. Ancient Peruvians handled metals in a masterly fashion. Transfer to the Damajuana restaurant, in order to enjoy delicious typical Peruvian food. Return to the hotel.

DAY 03: LIMA - TRUJILLO

Breakfast in the hotel Transfer to the airport in order to board our private plane from Lima to Trujillo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Excursion to the archaeological sand city of Chan Chan. It is said in the legend of the Peruvian people that it was Naylamp a mythological being of the ancient Peru, who rose or walked out of the sea, and brought civilization to these lands. Guided visit to the Pyramid of the Sun and the Moon. Overnight.

DAY 04: TRUJILLO LIMA ICA - PARACAS

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport in order to board our private plane with destination from Trujillo to Pisco. Arrival in Pisco, transfer in private transport to the hotel in Paracas. Check inn and rest. Transfer to the airport in Pisco. Boarding private plane and flight over the Enigmatic Nazca Lines, where you will see drawn on the dessert plain animals, insects, fishes and plants which covers a terrain of 350 square kilometres. Transfer to the city of Ica. Time for lunch in the Las Dunas Restaurant (Food included). Visit of the Huacachina Oasis (10 minute drive) Return to Paracas.

DAY 05:

PARACAS - CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the pier in order to board our private yacht to the Ballestas Islands. These Islands are located outside the National Reserve of Paracas, which constitutes a big habitat for a variety of animals such as: The Humboldt Penguin, Pelicans, Boobies, Flamingos, Dolphins, Seals and Sea Lions. Return to the port of Paracas. Transfer to the hotel. Lunch at the hotel. Transfer to the airport in order to board our flight in private plane from Pisco to Cusco city. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Cusco city. Overnight.

DAY 06:

CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel Guided tour of Cuzco - the ancient capital of the Incas. Their maximum splendour reached its peak during the fifteenth century, under the rule of the Inca Pachacutec. Full of Inca walls rigorously assembled with large stones, on which the colonial city was built. The legend has it that one of the Ayar brothers, Ayar Auca specifically, converted in a bird took possession of the place where later on the Sun Temple was erected known as Coricancha. We will visit this temple with its gardens and enclosures once bathed in gold. We will visit the most precious jewels of colonial architecture such as: the attractive Plaza de Armas, where you can see the majestic profile of the temples of the Cathedral and La Compaa. We will continue with our visit to Qenqo (Ceremonial and ritual centre where sacrifices were made by the Incas), Puca Pucara (Tambo and ancient Inca outpost), Tambomachay (Ceremonial centre of cult to the water) and the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman (where the main Inca celebrations are held such as: Inti Raymi and Warachicuy). Return to hotel. Overnight (Deluxe room)

DAY 07:

SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast at the hotel. We begin our excursion in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. In our journey through the valley we will appreciate a variety of Inca architectural constructions. Firs of all we will visit the town of Pisaq, located in the right side of the Urubamba River and nearly completely inhabited by Inca descendants. Here we will visit a picturesque marketplace full of handcrafts, and up till today the people from this locality uphold the tradition of barter for food as they did in ancient times. For those who wish to buy souvenirs, this place is without doubt the best place to do so, because there is a lot of variety of products such as alpaca wool, gold and silver jewels amongst others. Afterwards we will have lunch in a typical restaurant of this place, later on we continue to Ollantaytambo where we will visit the fortress which bares the same name. In Ollantaytambo we will visit the most important sectors where our guide will comment of its historical significance. The walk to the highest point of Ollantaytambo is very steep and it is recommended

to take your time with several resting points. (please bring with you a bottle of mineral water). Once we culminate our visit at Ollantaytambo, we return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 08:

SACRED VALLEY MACHU PICCHU


Breakfast at the hotel. Today will be an unforgettable day because we will visit one of the 7 world wonders, Machu Picchu, located in sub-tropical jungle of Cusco at an altitude of 2,350 m.a.s.l Transfer to the train station, where we will board the Luxury Train Hiram Bingham. Lunch aboard the train. Upon arrival at the town of Aguas Calientes which lies at the bottom of Machu Picchu, we will be transferred in a private bus to Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. From where our tour will begin; private guided tour through the citadel, visiting the principal square, the circular tower, the sacred solar clock, the royal rooms, the temple of three windows and the cemeteries. We return to the hotel. The Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge is the only hotel located in a privileged area, basically at the entrance of the archaeological site, where the passenger have an exclusive quick access to the sanctuary. Today we are staying here where we can enjoy a beautiful evening in the proximity of Machu Picchu.

DAY 09:

MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO


Breakfast at the hotel After breakfast, a trek to the highest point of Huayna Picchu (Young mountain), which rises dramatically above the citadel, overlooking the Vilcanota Valley basin! Ascending trek to Huayna Picchu (Duration 50 minutes, highest point). Return to Machu Picchu (Time 40 minutes aprox). We will start our return journey in our luxury train Hiram Bingham. One aboard starting from 6:00 pm, snacks will be served at the bar, where also a tourist artistic life entertainment will be offered. Later a dinner a la cart will be served composed by a starter, main coarse and dessert. The train arrives at the Poroy train station in Cusco at 9:25 pm. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 10:

CUSCO - PUNO
Breakfast at the hotel Transfer to the airport in order to board our private plane from Cusco to Puno. Arrival in Juliaca and transfer to the hotel. As a courtesy the hotel offers a nice and tasteful coca tea ( Traditional Peruvian drink made from coca leafs) Free time in the afternoon.

DAY 11: PUNO TITICACA LAKE - LIMA


08:00 13.00 20.00 Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion with a private boat on the highest navigatable lake in the world. The boat ride to the Uros Islands is one of the 20 Islands made of totora (an aquatic plant). Transfer to the airport. On our way we will visit the archaeological site of Sillustani. (Located 34 kms from the city of Puno at a height of 4000 m.a.s.l). Flight to the city of Lima in our private plane. Arrival in Lima and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 12:
12:00

LIMA
Breakfast at the hotel We depart to the Ficus Hacienda, where an unforgettable live show awaits us with Paso Horses and La Marinera dance (The National Peruvian Dance). Transfer to the airport in order to board your flight home. End of our services.
