Tell me about yourself. Hello sir, it's great pleasure for me to introduce myself to you, thank you for such an opputunity. I am pranavi pursuing btech from G. Narayanamma institute of technology and sciences and am from cse background. I have done my schooling from G. D. Are High School, Gajwel and pursued inter from sri chaithanya college. My father is bank manager, mother is home maker and my sis is 10th standard. I am very determined from childhood, here I would like to share a small example which shows my determination power. Those were the days when I was in 4th standard playing, enjoying just like other children, one day I was severely affected by fever and d'nt attend the school for a week and then I went to my friend's home to get a book, my friends mom replied from outside that she wasnt there but I noticed she is inside watching tv and asked aunty she is inside the home, then she replied she is not going to give any books just get away from the place, I ran home crying and said entire thing to my mom and asked how can I be respected? then she replied get first in class and show, I said I will and asked her to join me in tuition, at that time my mom felt like am just bursting out of sorrow, but that was the day of determination from when I started getting first rank in class. Sorry if the story is too long but that day made a lot of difference in my LIFE. My hobbies are dancing, photography and shopping. I believe in perfectness in work, its not that doing work is important as every body does it but only a few thinks of perfection and am the one among a few. My strengths are helping nature and am a very good decision maker. I joined in organization which helps and strives for the needy, orphanges, blind etc. In my second year of btech, till then I never know I will be involved in such social works and the great part of it is I have joined in it through social networking site facebook. I won many prizes in dance competitions. Presented technical papers and posters on different technologies and learnt really interesting things from it. I'm more expressive which I feel was one of my strength. My attitude is that I never give up easily. My goal is to excel my knowledge in a place where leaders are being created. I once again thank you for spending your valuable time for interviewing me.

Why should I hire you? Sir, I am a fresher I haven't a lot of work experience but I want to improve my technical knowledge and skills. I can mould myself according to organization needs. Am extrovert, proactive in work. If

you give me an opportunity then I will prove my talent.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strength is my confidence and positive thinking attitude. I believe that I will prove myself to be a valuable asset for a firm. I am hard working and talented. My weakness is in which my work is not finished I feel uneasy.

Why do you want to work at our company? I am a fresher. I want a platform to put my innovative ideas. I always want to show uniqueness in my work. So, as a fresher it is very helpful to improve knowledge, experience and skills in the part of company's growth. This is the place where I can satisfy with my work and do the best participation of company's success.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence? Confidence is a positive catalyst to raise us up makes us fast forward to achieve our desired position of future where as over confidence is the megative catalyst which pulls us back to rewind in undesirable past !!!

What is the difference between hard work and smart work? 1.Hard work is the conventional way of performing a task which includes both physical as well as mental strain 2.Smart work is the work which is finished on time with less resources used but with a lot of creative thinking behind. It includes the love towards a job

How do you feel about working nights and weekends? Working on weekends and late night is not a big problem for me. I am responsible for completing the task assigned to me perfectly within the deadline. It may need extra hours since I am not that much experienced. But I don't like to make it as a habit and will try to complete my work within the time limit by improving my speed.

Can you work under pressure? It is under pressure the real characters are tested and i am lucky enough that by a lot of endeavor and practice i have made myself so good at handling pressure that i give my best when i am under pressure because it opens my mind and i can concentrate on nothing but my work.

Are you willing to relocate or travel? Its my pleasure. Because if you want to relocate or travel to me it means you think about me as a leading person who are capable to travel and by these we will learn many more things & will get the knowledge about the company. The more important thing is that it will add one more experience in my life.

What are your goals? My long term goal is to see lot of happiness on the face for life time those who spoiled their whole life only for my happiness n for my career thats my parents. And this is only possible through short term goal like hard work for organization with smartness.

What motivates you to do good job? I am person who believes in self motivation. And I am also motivated by hard work of my parents as they want to see me standing on my own feet at respectable position.

What makes you angry? As a human i do get angry when the people i trust, betray and cheat me. But the best part is that i control my anger and try to remain calm during those situations. It helps me to keep myself balanced in life...

How long would you expect to work for us if hired? I always wanted to work in a reputed organisation like yours and gain lot of experience. I don't have time limit as such. If you recognize my work capacity and want me to stay in the company for a longer time then it would be my pleasure.

Are not you overqualified for this position? No Sir, I don't think I am Overqualified for that post... now i have just theoretical knowledge about my field when i will get practical knowledge that time I can Consider me just a well qualified not overqualified...because learning never ends..
