NARRATIVE
ON LISTED DATE AND TIME, COMP AND WIT'S WERE RIDING THEIR BICYCLES AND STOPPED AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AT THE WEST BOUND BLOCK OF 5500 ROSS AVE. THE SUSP PULLED UP IN A WHITE CORVETTE ON THE COMP AND WIT'S RIGHT SIDE AND STATED, "FUCK YOU". THE SUSP THEN USED NUMEROUS PROFANITY DIRECTED AT THE COMP AND WIT'S. DURING THIS, THE SUSP ATTEMPTED TO OPEN HIS DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND EXIT HIS VEHICLE. THE COMP STATED THAT HE PUSHED THE DOOR SHUT AGAIN. THE SUSP THEN LUNGED THROUGH HIS DRIVER SIDE WINDOW AND STRUCK THE COMP IN HIS RIGHT ARM WITH A UNKNOWN OBJECT. THE COMP AND WIT'S THEN FLED ON THEIR BICYCLES NORTH BOUND ON THE 1700 BLOCK OF GREENVILLE AVE AND THEN WEST BOUND TO THE 5400 BLOCK OF LEWIS ST. THE SUSP FOLLOWED THE COMP AND WIT'S TO THIS LOC. THE SUSP THEN STOPPED NEXT TO THE COMP AND STATED, "YOU LIKE THAT?". THE SUSP THEN FLED THE LOC IN HIS VEHICLE. THE COMP NOTICED AT THIS TIME THAT HE WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS RIGHT ARM WHERE THE SUSP HAD STRUCK HIM. DFR 8 TREATED COMP AT THE SCENE AND COMP REFUSED TRANSPORT, STATING THAT HE WILL GOT TO BAYLOR HOSPITAL ON HIS OWN. PES WAS ORDERED TO BAYLOR HOSPITAL TO TAKE PICTURES OF COMP'S WOUND. SGT RICHARDS #7987 WAS NOTIFIED.
