UNIT DI PROGRAMMAZIONE Utilizza un display a cristalli liquidi, una tastiera alfanumerica, una memoria interna con capacit di 64Kb (5000 ranghi), un Encoder per i posizionamenti di 360 del campo di lavoro sulla macchina. Il funzionamento gestito da un circuito elettronico che segnala, mediante indicatori luminosi sul pannello comandi, le cause degli arresto macchina. Tutti i componenti elettronici di controllo si trovano in una cabina che collegata alla macchina mediante 2 connettori. Il nuovo computer d la possibilit di lavorare contemporaneamente con 2 colori sullo stesso rigatore.

PROGRAMMING UNIT Utilizes a liquid crystals display, an alphanumerical key board, a built-in 64Kb memory (appr. 5000 courses), an Encoder which traks the machines working position on 360. An circuit board indicates, through warning lights on the control panel, the reasons for machines stoppages. Al the electronic control components are located to the machine by two flexible cables. The stop, start, jogging push buttons are positioned on the machine. The new computer gives the possibility to activate, al the same time, two yarn fingers in the same striping unit. MAIN FEATURES Very robust frame, with rings rotating in oil bath and on ball bearings. Main motor with inverter system controlled by electronic printed circuit, for stepless speed variations, which are visualized on a tachometer. Built-in preparations to receive optional accessories. Computer on main panel for the control of four shifts, protected by a code-key, and for the management of all alarms which are evidenced by visual display, pre-heating times, hour counter, etc. Slow progressive start, hand crank, machine rotation by electrical impulses at two speeds: a needleby-needle fixed speed and a variable slow speed adjustable by the operator from the main control panel. Centralized stitch control. Lighting on the knitting head. Protection gates stop the machine if opened. One cylinder cambox per feed, prepared to receive up to four camtracks; easily interchangeable knit, tuck and welt cams. Micrometrical stitch adjustment at each feed.

Le fonctionnement est gr par un circuit lectronique qui signale, au moyen de voyants lumineux placs sur le panneau de commande, les causes darrt de la machine. Tous les composants lectronique de contrle se trouvent dans une cabine qui est relie la machine au moyen de 2 connecteurs. Le nouveau computer donne la possibilit de travailler en mme temps avec 2 couleurs sur le mme rayeur. DESCRIPTION GENERALE Bti trs robuste. Anneaux de roulement bain dhuile sur chemin de billes. Motorisation par variateur de vitesse lectronique avec prdisposition pour dventuels branchements dappareillages supplmentaires (sur demande). Diese Funktion wird von einem Elektronischen Regelkreis, durch Lichtanzeigen auf Steuepult postiert, ausgefhrt um die Ursachen der Maschinenstopp sofort zu erkennen. Smtliche Elektronischen berwachungskomponenten sind in einer Kabine, durch zwei konnektoren an Maschinen direkt angeschlossen, untergebracht. Der neue Computertyp bietet die Mglichkeit an, Zweifrbigegame mit demselben Ringelapparat und in derselben Zeit arbeiten lassen. UNIDAD DE PROGRAMMACION Utiliza un display de cristal liquido, una memoria interna con capacidad de 64Kb (5000 pasadas), un Encoder para el posicionamiento en los 360 del campo de trabajo de la maquina. El funcionamiento viene dado por un circuito electrnico que seala mediante indicador luminoso en el panel general, la causa del paro de la maquina. Todos los componentes electrnicos de control se encuentran en una cabina pegada a la maquina mediante dos conectores. El nuevo ordenador da la posibilidad de trabajar simultaneamente con dos colores en el mismo listador. CARACTERISTICAS PRINCIPALES Bancada muy robusta, con aro en bao de aceite que gira sobre cojinetes de bolas. Motor con Inverter, comandado elctronicamente para variacin de velocidad a voluntad y predisposicin incorporada para eventual instalacin de aparejos complementarios. Computer, colocado sobre la tarjeta principal, para el control de los cuatro turnos (protegidos por claveta a cdigo), de todas las alarmas con sealacin a la vista, del tiempo de precalentado, cuenta-horas, etc. Movimiento lento, rotacin manual, rotacin elctrica a impulsos en dos velocidades: una fija, aguja/aguja, y una regulable por el operador, mediante la tarjeta principal.
