When she has 3 vocal charges, the following spell will silence all enemies hit by that spell for 2 seconds as well as increasing the damage of that spell by 10%. Q: Vocal Assault -> Talia concentrates all her voice and shouts to the enemies in a cone. This is a piercing spell that will hit all enemies within the area of effect but the damage will be reduced by 8% to a cap of 50% for every enemy hit. Scream Bonus: The spell range is significantly increased and the damage cap is reduced. Enemy minions (excluding neutral minions) within the range of the spell will be momentarily hypnotized to aid Talia. Minions that are under control will also be affected but Talia will not be able to control them. All enemy champions within the area of effect will also be damaged over time depending on the percentage of their missing health. Scream Bonus: Increased durations on all spell effects.
