Lower Manhattan, NYC
The rectangular lot was planned in a way that allows
union and integrity within all elements that dominant
the area (high line, Hudson greenway, NYC convention
center).
Integration between indoor and outdoor activities in
order to create a uid and vivid environment that
serves as much more than just a theater. A place that
allows a different way of enjoying the energetic city
of New York.
A play ground for both young and adults, incorporated
in quotidian life.
The theater complex tries to literally get outside
the box by its curved shape that expends towards the
isolate borders, reaching out for NYC residents and
visitors to come and explore the new multifunction
area.
The enclosed theater is part of a wider external green
zone that expends the theater experience outside
through numerous outdoor functions for leisure, so-
cializing and culture. The alternative spaces forms
the unique terrain elevations of the park.

Residences Tower
A total of 100 apartments, spread over
28 oors. From apartments of 60 sqm for
young professionals and couples to 120
sqm for families.
Of ces Tower
The of ces oor plants were designed as
large open spaces that allow maximum ex-
ibility in size and design according to
the needs and requirements of the work-
place.
Typical oor plans
Residences and of ces with commu-
nal green
Along the skyscrapers, green communal oa-
sis are found. The green spaces which are
semi public and can be found in various
level of the buildings allow the resi-
dences and workers to relax or socialize
with neighbors and colleagues in a peace-
ful green environment.
Vertical path and Community
Lounge
Public intervals along the two towers
form a path of green spaces, art, culture
and socialization. The various environ-
ments, located in different oors of both
towers allow the citizens of the city and
the residents of the complex to enjoy the
area not only from the street level but
going up toward the sky and experience
the city from a different perspective.
