Professional Biography

Orkhan Gafarli Currently Orxan is pursuing his PHD degree at the Middle East Tekhnical University in Ankara, Turkey and continues to work as a researcher at the Bilgesam Wise Men Center For Strategic Studies (www.bilgesam.org). He also serves as an expert at the South Caucasian Strategic Research Centre (www.kafkassam.com) Strategic Outlook center (strategicoutlook.org), Caucasus International academic Journal Georgia coordinator and an expert of the Caucasian Media Research Institute. He was a co-founder of the South Caucasian Youth Platform Chairman of the Azerbaijan Youth Platform (2006-2007; 2008-2009). He completed his B.S c in International Trade at Azerbaijan State Economic University.
