Are there certain electives, concentrations, or minors that you should consider taking because they would provide you with additional knowledge, skills and experiences for your field of interest? If so, add them into

your above planning. If you cannot fit them into your degree and graduate by your targeted goal date, would you consider staying for an additional semester? Consult with your Academic Advisor to make sure you correctly are interpreting your degree information.
I think Cross Cultural Marketing and International Retailing would be useful. Our economy is part of the global economy. It would be very useful to know how business works across nations. A concentration in finance could also prove useful to increase the thoroughness of my knowledge of accounting and finance. I plan on double majoring in management as it is. I don't think a concentration in finance would have enough benefits to outweigh the extra work. I would not consider staying longer at all.

What certification programs and professional association would be important for you to obtain and join to enhance your professionalism?
As soon as I get my bachelor degree I plan on sitting for the CPA exam. This would also require to continue my education. That's really the only certificate I think I need.

To advance in your field, will you need to obtain an advanced degree and when would be the best time to pursue that (directly after earning your undergraduate degree or after you gain professional experience in your field)?
In order to be a CPA you must have a total of 150 cr. I will probably use this to get my master's in accounting. Also, you must continue your education after becoming a CPA, I could use this to get any concentrations or minors I wanted and the company I work for would pay for it.
