We seek to build our numbers and influence in our communities until we reach a point where we have community-wide support for
common law juries and courts. What good is the 7th Amendment unless we have common law juries and courts to protect the citizens in our local communities? Becoming part of such a group is merely exercising our right to be secure in our person, property, and papers, to peacefully assemble, and to carry armaments at the same time. Such a group does not meet to promote violence. We meet to promote peace and security in our counties. We are available to our county sheriff to aid him in keeping the peace. The Constitution is a solemn contract between We the People of the united States and the federal government. As a contract, it is enforceable in the courts pursuant to the statutes of fraud.
As a contract, it is to be most liberally construed in favor of a party who is non-signatory to the contract. We did not sign the contract; we are the beneficiaries. Since there are no signers of the Constitution now living, what must make the Constitution effective today are the Oaths taken by our public servants to uphold it. If an elected official refuses to perform the sworn duties of his office, and allows criminal violations of human rights to take place, it is within the duties and power of the citizens of the county to remove that elected office holder from office, and cause him to stand trial in a common law court for felony breach of Oath. Such an action is lawful within American common law, and Biblical social law.
