Specification Full range of sizes from 1000L through to 55000L Underwriters Laboratories Construction, Approved to UL-142 and UL-2085, AS1940, AS1692. PETRO Fire Rated Aboveground Storage Tank with projectile, impact resistant and stream hose test ratings. This is a steel, double wall aboveground storage tank, with interstitial monitoring capabilities and a 4-hour fire rating. The tanks may also be built with or without multiple compartments for multiple fuel storage. Each tank contains 100mm of light-weight insulation material which has 75% less weight than traditional concrete insulations. PETRO fire rated tanks are built to Underwriters Laboratories, UL-142 and UL 2085 specifications. PETROs UL-2085 construction standard meets and exceeds all the requirements set forth by UL-2080 for Fire Resistant Tanks. PETRO fire rated tanks have been furnace tested by UL and after 4 hours: Retained structural adequacy Maintained integrity Insulation remained in place

Hose Stream Certified PETRO fire rated tanks can be hosed with cold water without cracking or rupturing: Tested immediately after removal from test furnace 60mm diameter hose, 28mm discharge tip at 210 kpa With nozzle 6 metres from tank Separation distances reduced to half PETRO fire rated tanks are vaulted tanks under AS1940, separation distance are reduced by half or greater.
