MeetourPanelists:
Greg Giangrande is the Executive Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer for Time Inc., and writes the "Go to Greg" career advice column for the New York Post . He is an experienced culture-change agent, specializing in employee engagement and holding executive positions in the news media and publishing industries. At Time Inc., Giangrande oversees all aspects of global HR, including talent management, learning and development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and labor negotiations.

Warren Dodge is an Executive Coach and independent Management Consultant specializing in talent management, diversity, team-building, technology, leadership and human capital challenges. He was a Senior Partner at Accenture, where he worked for nearly 29 years.

Terry McCarthy is the Managing Director/Head of the NYC offices for Horton International, an executive search and management consulting firm. He is also the Investment Principle at Riviera LLC, an investment management group. He has served as a Senior Executive and Chief Marketing Officer in three different industry segments: consumer package goods, telecommunications and commercial banking.

Bill Jensen is an Organizational Development Specialist at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, Bill works to promote the growth of mindfulness, awareness, and emotional intelligence in the South Manhattan Healthcare Network. His current areas of focus are Supervisory Training, OD metrics, 360 Degree Feedback, and Coaching. Bills educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Arts in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from New York University, with specialties in training and leadership development.

Patrick Caironi is a Human Capital Management professional with leadership and end-toend project experience across multiple industries, including financial services, energy/ utilities, consumer goods, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has experience in analyzing and solving human capital issues from both a strategic and data-driven perspective. After spending a number of years in consulting at Booz & Company, Watson Wyatt, and as an independent consultant, Patrick is now leading metrics and analytics work in Citigroup's global leadership development function.
