SCHOOL POLICY
STRICTLY NO PROCESSING of TEST PERMITS during Exam Days / Performance Task Assessment Days
Last terms cooperation and adherence to school policies of the HCECi parents resulted in a hassle, worry-free exam days. Test permits were processed, released and submitted to the class advisers days before the exam days. This Second Term, the school expects that there will be no long queue at the accounting office on the first day of exam/PTA to pay the bills and claim the test permits. This practice does not help the students to have the correct mind set for the exam. They are put under stress and the energy supposed to be spent for cognitive activities are consumed in that stressful queue of lining up. This mind condition will surely affect the pupils performance during the exam. The school is once again asking for the cooperation of the parents and guardians regarding this matter. LETS PROVIDE OUR SCHOOL CHILDREN WORRY-FREE EXAM and PTA DAYS.

other electronic gadgets like mp3 player, Ipad, gameboy, etc. The following will be strictly enforced: First Offense Cellphones/Other Electronic Gadget will be confiscated and will be returned to the owner after a week. Second Offense Cellphones/Other Electronic Gadget will be confiscated and will be returned through the parents after a week. Fourth Offense Cellphones/Other Electronic Gadget will be confiscated and will be returned to the owner at the end of the school year and an infraction of the school policy will be noted in the Pupil/Students Deportment Record.

APPOINTMENT WITH TEACHERS

Second reprint, PB Vol. 7, Issue No. 3, s. 2012

Parents/Guardians who need to have a conference (no matter how short it is) must see the teacher AFTER CLASS for they need to prepare their classrooms, materials. Even during their break time, advisers or teachers are supervising their pupils, hence conference is prohibited. For pressing concerns, parents are advised to course the matter to the office of the Principal. Inquiries and complaints should be coursed through the Office of the Vice-Principal/HeadSA. There have been incidents that this policy is not being observed by some parents. Your cooperation regarding this matter is highly appreciated.

Students tend to forget some school materials to be brought to school and be used for the day. Once they do, they call their parents through the use of the schools line. If this happens to your child, and you have to bring the school materials they have left in the house, kindly observe the following guidelines: 1. Secure the material with its proper label : NAME, Grade & Section. 2. Endorse the materials to the Guard-onDuty and state purpose/reasons for the school materials. 3. The guard-on-duty, duly authorized person, will be the one to proceed to the classroom to give such materials, which in turn, will be acknowledged by the pupil / teacher.
