QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND JOB SPECIFICATION : 1. GENERAL MANAGER (Marketing, Modernisation and R &D) (E-7): (i) A recognized degree in Mechanical/Production/ Manufacturing. Masters Degree in Marketing discipline or PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Marketing. (ii) Minimum 21 years post qualification experience of working in Marketing/Materials Management Department of a Central Public Sector Undertaking/manufacturing industry out of which at least 05 years experience should be in the senior capacity and 3 years in the immediate lower scale of pay. Candidates with knowledge and experience in State-of-the-Art techniques of Marketing, Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistic Management, CRM and having leadership qualities to handle technical/non-technical staff will be preferred. (ii) Persons having experience in production, marketing and development of rehabilitation aids and appliances would be most preferred. (iv) Age 55 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. The Job Profile: He will be overall Head & Controlling officer for the marketing activities at HQ, Kanpur as also ALIMCO Auxiliary Production Centres at Bhubaneswar, Jabalpur, Bangalore and Chanalon (Punjab), Regional Marketing Centres at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and ALIMCO Outreach Centre at Guwahati. Basic function includes market development, increasing the customer base, sales forecasting, pricing, and logistics including finalization of transport contracts for despatch of materials across the country in all 35 states and union territories and abroad, clearing and forwarding of items for import and exports. ALIMCO manufactures Assistive Devices and markets products of mechanical, electromechanical and electronics in nature, required for the rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities. As incharge of marketing department, he will be responsible for implementation of ADIP and ADIP-SSA schemes of Govt. of India throughout the country for free/subsidized distribution of aids and appliances manufactured by ALIMCO. He will be responsible for maintaining huge data base on-line of the beneficiaries served under ADIP and ADIP-SSA schemes. He will also be responsible for developing export market, obtain and execute orders under CSR funds from corporate sector both in public and private,

against MPLAD funds, Dealers, National Institutes, NGOs, State Governments, Hospitals etc. across the country.

2. GENERAL MANAGER (Production) (E-7): (i) A recognized degree in Mechanical/Production/ Manufacturing. Masters Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Materials, Marketing, TQM or other management disciplines is desirable. (ii) Minimum 21 years of post qualification experience of working in Production/ Marketing/Materials Management Department, preferably of a Manufacturing Central Public Sector Undertaking out of which at least 05 years experience should be in the senior capacity and 03 years in the immediate lower scale of pay. Candidates with knowledge and experience in State-of-the-Art techniques of Production, Marketing, Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistic Management and having leadership qualities to handle technical/non-technical staff will be preferred. (iii) Candidates having experience in manufacturing, research and development of rehabilitation aids and appliances would be most preferred. (iv) Age 55 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. The Job Profile: He will be overall Head & Controlling officer for the production activities at HQ, Kanpur as also ALIMCO Auxiliary Production Centres at Bhubaneswar, Jabalpur, Bangalore and Chanalon (Punjab) and achievement of targets on daily basis. Basic function includes meeting daily production plans and achievement of targets without ignoring quality standards, ensuring supplies of all required inputs well in time and ensuring store crediting the products as per the requirement of marketing department on day to day basis. ALIMCO manufactures Assistive Devices and markets products of mechanical, electromechanical and electronics in nature required for the rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities. Candidates having experience in manufacturing, research and development of rehabilitation aids and appliances would be most preferred.

GENERAL MANAGER (Finance & Administration) (E-7): (i) Should be a qualified ICWA/CA and MBA in HR Management with at least 21 years of post qualification experience, having 5 years experience in the Senior Management capacity and worked in the immediate lower scale for at least 3 years.

(ii)

Should have complete knowledge and experience of heading Finance & Accounts Department and all the relevant financial areas related to F&A and P&A applicable to a manufacturing CPSUs with sound exposure to various statutory compliances including labour laws, commercial and secretarial laws etc., in addition to dealing with Multi Unions, holding commercial negotiations (Domestic as well as International), dealing with Ministry as well as Government Agencies etc.

(iii) (iv)

Exposure to marketing finance of large customer base is essential. Should have exposure of drafting F&A & P&A Manuals, Revised Schedule VI, Tax Laws (Direct & Indirect), XBRL, IFRS, GST, DTC, Guidelines of CVC, DPE, Audit, Discrepancy proceedings, dealing with Legal cases, Industrial disputes etc.

(v) (vi)

Experience in implementation of ERP is preferable. Maximum age 55 years, subject to relaxation for internal/ exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (Commercial) (E-6) : (i) A recognized degree in Mechanical/Marketing/Manufacturing/ Production

Engineering. Masters Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Marketing, Materials, is desirable. (ii) The candidate will be required to look after entire Materials Management Functions of the Corporation, which is dealing with a large inventory of 355 finished products, raw material, components, spare parts fitting to items, finished goods covering the requirement of 627 districts of 35 states/ union territories. (iii) The candidate should have minimum 20 years of post qualification experience, out of which 10 years should be in Purchase/ Materials Management/ Sales/ Marketing Department. Adequate exposure to SCM, Logistic Management, CRM, management, purchase procedures of a manufacturing CPSU. (iv) Having 5 years of experience in Senior Management capacity and worked in the immediate lower scale for 3 years. (v) (vi) (vii) Sound knowledge of DPE, CVC, CAG Guidelines. Exposure to implementation of ERP, holding commercial negotiations. The maximum age limit is 52 years, relaxable for internal exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. 5. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (Finance and Accounts)/ (Audit) (E-6): (i) Should be a qualified ICWA/CA with at least 20 years of post qualification experience, having worked in an immediate lower scale for at least 3 years. (ii) Should have complete knowledge and experience of F&A applicable to manufacturing CPSUs with sound exposure to statutory compliances, audit compliance, labour laws, secretarial laws, DPE/CVC/CAR guidelines, dealing with Ministry as well as Government Agencies etc.

(iii)

Exposure to Internal Audits, Stock taking Audits, Statutory Audits and Government Audit is a must.

(iv)

Should have exposure of F&A Manuals, Revised Schedule VI, Tax Laws (Direct & Indirect), XBRL, IFRS, GST, DTC, Guidelines of CVC, DPE, preparation of F&A manual, centralized cash management of multi unit, handling large customer base etc.

(v)

Experience in implementation of ERP, preparation of F&A and P&A manual and association with decision making process of Finance and Corporation policies is preferable

(vi) (vii)

Should have exposure to commercial negotiations including TOT (Transfer of Technology) negotiations. Age Maximum 52 years, subject to relaxation for internal/ exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

6. MANAGER (Finance)/ (Audit) (E-4) (i) Should be a qualified ICWA/CA with at least 14 years of post qualification experience, having worked in an immediate lower scale for at least 3 years. (ii) Should have complete knowledge and experience of F&A applicable to manufacturing CPSUs with sound exposure to statutory compliances, labour laws, DPE/ CVC/ CAG guidelines secretarial laws, dealing with Ministry as well as Government Agencies etc. (iii) Should have exposure of F&A Manuals, Revised Schedule VI, Tax Laws (Direct & Indirect), XBRL, IFRS, GST, DTC, Guidelines of CVC, DPE, preparation of F&A manual, centralised cash management of multi unit handling, large customer base and Audit (Internal/ Statutory/ Stock/ Government etc.) is a must. (iv) (v) Experience in implementation of ERP is preferable Should have exposure to commercial negations including TOT (Transfer of Technology) negotiations. (vi) Age Maximum 46 years, subject to relaxation for internal/ exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

7. COMPANY SECRETARY-CUM- LEGAL OFFICER (E-1): (i) Should be a qualified CS with at least 05 years of post qualification experience, preferably in CPSU. (ii) (iii) Additional qualification of Law is preferred. Should have complete knowledge and experience of working in Secretarial Department having adequate knowledge of complete secretarial functions, compliance with statutory laws, labour laws, tax laws etc., dealing with Ministry as well as Government Agencies etc. (iv) Age Maximum 37 years, subject to relaxation for internal/ exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

OFFICER (LEGAL & IR) (E-0) : (i) (ii) Any graduate with a Bachelor of Law (03 years full time degree course) from a recognized university. Minimum post qualification experience of 02 years of a Central Public Sector Undertaking/manufacturing industry having sound knowledge in Personnel

Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Laws. The Candidate should have experience of all legal functions and should be well conversant with laws. Candidate with a Post Graduate Degree in Law will be preferred. Knowledge of stenography is desirable. (iii) Age 34 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. 9. OFFICER ( P & A) (E-0) : (i) Graduate in any discipline with MBA as a full time course in HR from an institute of repute. (ii) Candidates having minimum post qualification experience of 02 years in HR and possessing degree in Law and specialization in Labour Laws with experience in a Central Public Sector Undertaking/manufacturing industry will be preferred. Knowledge of stenography is desirable. (iii) Age 34 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. 10. OFFICER (PRO) (E-0) : (i) Graduate in any discipline having pleasing personality with MBA/MSW/Post Graduate in Mass Communication as a full time course from a reputed institute.

(ii)

Candidates having minimum post qualification experience of 02 years in liaison with print/electronic media and State/Central Government organizations, exposure to modern publicity techniques and excellent communication/computer skills and having experience in a Central Public Sector Undertaking/manufacturing industry will be preferred. Knowledge of stenography is desirable.

(iii)

Age 34 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced

candidates. 11. OFFICER (Tool Design) (E-0) : (i) (ii) Recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Minimum post qualification experience of 02 years for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders in Tool Room/Tool Design Department of a Central Public Sector Undertaking/manufacturing industry. At least 02 years experience in Tool & Die

Design along with knowledge of designing Jigs, Fixtures, Press Tools and Plastic

Moulding Dies etc. is essential.

Candidates having knowledge of materials,

tolerances, and preparation of technical specifications will be preferred. (iii) Age 34 years maximum, relaxable for internal/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. 12. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (E-0) (i) (ii) Should be a qualified ICWA/CA Minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in the Accounts Department of a manufacturing industry. Should have thorough knowledge of independent handling of complete functions of finance and accounts of a unit and experience of Taxation, Insurance, Banking, Finalization of Accounts, Maintenance of Finance & Accounts independently. Knowledge of IFRS, DTC, GST, XBRL, Company Law is preferable. (iii) (iv) Should be able to handle administration of small unit. Age Maximum 34 years, subject to relaxation for internal/ exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

P & O TECHNICIANS / P& O TRAINEES (Grp-E) :

(i)

Candidates having RCI Recognized P&O Degree with at least 02 years of post qualification experience or Diploma holder having 05 years of post qualification experience in fabricating and fitting of artificial limbs to persons with disabilities.

(ii) (iii)

Should be used to extensive travelling and conducting camps across the country. Age 25 years maximum, relaxable for internal candidates/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

(iv)

Fresh degree holder will be considered as trainee for a period of 2 years at a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- in first year and Rs. 18,000/- second year.

AUDIOLOGIST TECHNICIANS / AUDIOLOGIST TRAINEES (Grp-E) : (i) Candidates having RC1 Recognized Degree in Audiology with at least 02 years of post qualification experience or Diploma in Audiology having 05 years of post qualification experience in fabricating and fitting of artificial limbs to persons with disabilities. (ii) Exposure in conduction of audiology tests and prescribing the required hearing aids to persons suffering from hearing impaired to suit individuals requirement. (iii) (iv) Should be used to extensive travelling and conduction of camps across the country. Age 25 years maximum, relaxable for internal candidates/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates. (v) Fresh degree holder will be considered as trainee for a period of 2 years at a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- in first year and Rs. 18,000/- second year.

ACCOUNTANTS (Grp-E) :

(i) (ii)

Should be a qualified ICWA/CA Intermediate. Minimum 02 years of post qualification experience in manufacturing industry having exposure to finalization of Accounts, Audit, Bills Receivables, Bills Payables, Material Accounting, Cost Accounting, Marketing, Finance with sound knowledge of computer operations and who agrees to handle the Units F&A functions as well as Administration independently will be most preferred.

(iii)

Age 25 years maximum, relaxable for internal candidates/exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS : Personal Interview : The candidates will be required to attend Personal Interview before the Companys Selection Board. RELAXATION FOR SC/ST/PWD/OBC CANDIDATES : As per Government Guidelines. GENERAL CONDITIONS : 1. The candidate should not have exceeded the age limits prescribed as on the closing date of the advertisement. 2. The candidates having minimum adequate experience in multi-unit Public Sector Undertaking/Large Manufacturing Organisations of repute, will be preferred. 3. Persons working under Central/State Govt./Public Sector Undertaking should submit their application through proper channel. While forwarding the application it may be verified and certified by the controlling authority that the particulars furnished by the officer are correct and that no disciplinary / vigilance case is pending or contemplated against the officer. Integrity certificate and a statement of major / minor penalty imposed if any in past may also be sent along with all documents. Candidates, who have left a PSU after availing Voluntary retirement, if selected, will be required to return the VRS compensation received to the PSU concerned. 5.
