Sweepstakes Period/Description: The Dunkin Donuts Dark Roast ReTweet Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) begins at or about 7:00:00 am Central Daylight Time (CDT) on 10/15/12 and ends at 5:00:00 pm CDT on 10/26/12 (the Sweepstakes Period). Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, there will be two (2) separate entry periods, as detailed in the chart in section 3 below (the Entry Period(s)). 2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal US residents residing in the following counties in Texas: Collin County, Dallas County, Delta County, Denton County, Ellis County, Hunt County, Johnson County, Kaufman County, Palo Pinto County, Parker County, Rockwall County, Tarrant, and Wise County, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, as of the date of their entry. Franchisees and employees, directors and officers of Dunkin Brands Inc. (Sponsor), Bottlerocket Marketing, Inc. (Administrator), and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, franchisees and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the Released Parties) and employees, directors and officers of Dunkin' Donuts franchisees, and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, of each of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. 3. @DunkinDonutsDFW will tweet a message with a call to action for the Sweepstakes,

which will include the hashtag #DunkinDarkRoastMug and a URL where the Sweepstakes rules can be found. Then during the applicable Entry Period, in order to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, you must retweet that message which includes the hashtag #DunkinDarkRoastMug and a URL where the Sweepstakes rules can be found (it does not matter whether you retweet the applicable message from @DunkinDonutsDFW or from a different person you are following who retweeted the message). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per Entry Period, regardless of email address or Twitter account. Entries will NOT be carried forward into subsequent Entry Periods. All entries must comply with these Official Rules and meet the submission guidelines detailed below (Submission Guidelines) to be eligible. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry during an Entry Period. Entries received from any person, regardless of email address used, in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received during an applicable Entry Period to be eligible. 4. Submission Guidelines: Each entry that is submitted to the Sweepstakes must comply with the following Submission Guidelines. Any entry that, in Sponsors sole and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win a prize.

The entry MUST, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:

Be written in English;

The entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsor: Contain language that violates or infringes upon anothers rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement); Disparage Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsors competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes; Contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use for this Sweepstakes; Contains the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead; Contain language that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous; Contain language that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; Contain language that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations; and/or Contain language in which the Released Parties do not wish to associate themselves with, in their sole discretion. 5. Random Drawings/Prizes And Approximate Retail Value (ARV): As detailed in the chart above, on or about three (3) days after each Entry Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random drawing (each a Random Drawing), from among all eligible entries received throughout that Entry Period, in order to select five (5) potential winners for each Entry Period. There will be ten (10) winners total. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each winner will receive one (1) Dunkin Donuts Mug. The ARV of each prize is approximately eleven dollars and ninety-five cents ($11.95). The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is one hundred and nineteen dollars and fifty cents ($119.50). In the event there are no entries for any given Entry Period, Sponsor retains the right not to award such Entry

Periods prize. The decisions of Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. 6. Winner Notification/Acceptance: All potential winners must comply with these Official Rules as published in order to accept a prize and be confirmed as an official winner. On or about one (1) business day after each Random Drawing, Administrator will notify the potential prize winner(s) via a direct message from @DunkinDonutsDFW to the potential prize winners Twitter Account used to enter the Sweepstakes (note: in order to receive such direct message, you must (a) be following @DunkinDonutsDFW and (b) may have to have your account settings set to unprotected or public, you can change your account settings back after the time period for receiving notifications has ended). Upon notification or notification attempt, the potential winners will be required to respond to such direct message accepting the prize and providing his/her physical mailing address for prize delivery purposes within three (3) calendar days of such notification or notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected and notified. Sponsor will attempt to contact such potential prize winner two (2) times during the three (3) calendar day period. If in any instance, notification attempt(s) for the potential prize winner fails for any reason, or if a potential prize winner is found to have not complied with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries, if any. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the name, Twitter account information, actual or simulated likenesses, biographical information, city, state, opinions, and prize information of prize winner(s) in connection with the Sweepstakes and the exploitation thereof (including, without limitation, for advertising and promotional purposes), in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Further, winners shall indemnify the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from breach of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to any Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register at www.Twitter.com will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

7. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

8. Limitations of Liability: Participants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, release and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or action of any kind whatsoever, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death and bodily injury, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity, whether sponsored, held by or paid for by a third party or by Sponsor. If Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may elect to award the prizes from a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the termination.

Governing Law and Venue: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (JAMS RULES). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE

EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE

CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
