THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE BELONGING TO THE CHILDREN OF THE FIRST RESURRECTION

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political, and Spiritual bands which have connected them with the Governments, and Religions, on all of the earth, and to assume, among the Power of Heaven, the separate and equal station to which the Law of our Creator Miholy (pronounce: "My-Holy') entitles us, as his children. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires us to declare the causes of our separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, each one individually and in the same manner as Adam the first one without difference in anyway. Being endowed by their Creator with certain Rights, which are not able to be transferred or taken away, because of being protected by his one and only law. Among these are Eternal Life, and the pursuit of his loving kindness and grace. Independence: "answering only the Miholy our Creator, and no other, in order to secure firmly these rights protected by the one who is or there is nothing." That whenever any form of teachings, dictatorships, or governments, or any form of religion, or anything of Miholy's creation, among mankind becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to leave it in the hands of Miholy to do with it as he deems, and return to the Garden of Eden. Prudence, indeed, does dictate that the teachings of the knowledge of good and evil long established should not be abandoned for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience of mankind's teachings hath shown, that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off the teaching of our forefathers and return to our Creator's Garden, in order to have Miholy in charge of our future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of Miholy's children throughout all of eternity until now, in all of the earth; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to a complete separation of their former Systems of Government, religions, and any other powers of the earth.

The history of the present Kingdoms and Religions of the World is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute

Tyranny over the Children of Miholy to prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. They have made judges dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. They have erected a multitude of governments, religions, throughout all of the earth and sent hither swarms of teachings to harass our People, and eat out their substance. They keep teaching the children of Miholy that they must die in order to live, thereby causing them to serve death without life. For imposing taxes on us without Miholy's Consent! For bribing our own Legislatures and declaring them, invested with Power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever, with or without our consent! They have excited domestic insurrections amongst us! They have established governments of man, throughout all of the earth, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, and that are unfit to be the ruler of Miholy's Children! The governments and religious organizations of the world have been deaf to the voice of justice in the fact that all of mankind has a relationship as brothers because of being descendents from the same Creator! They keep separating all of mankind by religion, race, class, education, etc. in order to keep their power intact by keeping us divided with their lies, and deceit about their true intentions! They have removed Miholy's teachings and inserted their own as if they are the only God that rules over us.

We, therefore, the children of Miholy, appealing to him as the Supreme Judge of the world for the righteousness of our intentions, do, in his name, and by his Authority, solemnly publish and declare: That all of the people throughout all of the earth are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent children answering only to Miholy; that we are Absolved from all Allegiance to the powers of the earth, and that all political, and religious connection between us and the powers of this earth, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent children of Miholy, we have his full protection. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine intervention, we mutually pledge to Miholy our Creator, our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor, forever and ever and then what ever follows forever and ever, un-ending even for time without end! Signed by Miholy's Servant: And now the signatures of Miholy's returning children if they choose!
