ThiscomplaintbringsbeforetheInternationalCourtofJustice(ICC)thegreatestcrimesever committedinthecourseofhumanhistory.Theaccusedarechargedwithcausinginjurytoand thedeathofmillionsofpeoplethroughthebusinesswithdisease,warcrimesandother crimesagainsthumanity.ThesecrimesfallunderthejurisdictionoftheInternationalCriminal Court.

Theaccusedknowthattheywillbeheldaccountableforthesecrimes,andtheyhavetherefore embarkedonaglobalcampaigntounderminetheauthorityoftheICCinordertoput themselvesaboveinternationallawandcontinuetheircrimestothedetrimentofallmankind. Therefore,thecurrentcomplaintmustbeconsideredbytheICCwithutmosturgency.Moreover, everynaturalpersonandeverygovernmentisherebycalledupontojointhiscomplaint,with thegoaltoonceandforallterminatethesecrimes.

Thechargespresentedinthiscomplaintrelatetotwomainfieldsofcrime:

Genocideandothercrimesagainsthumanitycommittedinconnectionwiththe pharmaceuticalbusinesswithdisease.

Crimesofwarandaggressionandothercrimesagainsthumanitycommittedinconnection withtherecentwaragainstIraqandtheinternationalescalationtowardsaworldwar.

Thesetwofieldsofcrimearedirectlyrelatedandconnectedbyonefactor:theyarecommitted inthenameandinterestofthesamecorporateinvestmentgroupsandtheirpolitical stakeholders.

Throughoutthe20thcentury,thepharmaceuticalindustrywasbuiltandorganizedwiththegoal ofcontrollinghealthcaresystemsaroundtheworldbysystematicallyreplacingnatural,non patentabletherapieswithpatentableandthereforeprofitablesyntheticdrugs.Thisindustrydid notevolvenaturally.Tothecontrary,itwasaninvestmentdecisiontakenbyahandfulofwealthy andunscrupulousentrepreneurs.

Theaccusedareresponsibleforthedeathsofhundredsofmillionsofpeoplewhocontinueto diefromcardiovasculardisease,cancerandotherdiseasesthatcouldhavebeenpreventedand largelyeliminatedlongago.Thisprematuredeathofmillionsofpeopleistheresultofneither coincidencenornegligence.Ithasbeenwillfullyandsystematicallyorganizedonbehalfofthe pharmaceuticalindustryanditsinvestors,withthesolepurposebeingtoexpandaglobaldrug marketworthtrillionsofdollars.

Themarketplaceofthepharmaceuticalindustryisthehumanbody,anditsreturnoninvestment dependsonthecontinuationandexpansionofdiseases.Itsprofitsdependonthepatentability ofdrugs,renderingthisindustrythemostprofitableindustryonplanetEarth.Incontrast,the preventionanderadicationofanydiseasesignificantlyreducesortotallyeliminatesthemarkets forpharmaceuticaldrugs.

Thegovernmentsofentirenationsaremanipulatedorevenrunbylobbyistsandformer executivesofthepharmaceuticalindustry.Fordecades,thelegislationofentirenationshasbeen

corruptedandabusedtopromotethismultitrilliondollarbusinesswithdisease,thereby riskingthehealthandlivesofhundredsofmillionsofinnocentpatientsandpeople.

Apreconditionfortheriseofthepharmaceuticalindustryasasuccessfulinvestmentbusinessis theeliminationofcompetitionfromsafeandnaturaltherapies,becausethesearenot patentableandtheirprofitmarginsaresmall.Inaddition,thesenaturaltherapiescaneffectively helppreventandeliminatediseasesbecauseoftheiressentialrolesincellularmetabolism.Asa resultofthesystematiceliminationofnaturalhealththerapiesandthetakeoverofthe healthcaresystemsinmostcountriesoftheworld,thepharmaceuticalindustryhasbrought millionsofpeopleandalmostallnationsintodependencyuponitsinvestmentbusiness.
