The OLEASS will systematize the scheduling of the processing of exam applications at the NAPOLCOM NCR Office and the other 16 regional offices nationwide. The period of filing of application is July 23, 2012 to August 31, 2012. NAPOLCOM Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer Eduardo U. Escueta pointed out that only duly accomplished application forms with all the required documents filed personally and received by the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on or before the deadline for filing shall be accepted.
