Conception of electrical control circuits and mechanical design of the machine based on an existing frame and user requirement specifications. Project management and numerous contact with suppliers for procurement purposes and parts understanding. Conception of a MODBUS interface Microsoft .NET program to communicate with a simple BECKHOFF input/output system to automate cable rolling process. 2) Replacing the BECKHOFF Automation Interface from a paid developers software to a free MODBUS Microsoft .NET interface. Understanding of the existing developers interface (TwinCAT ADS) to communicate with a BECKHOFF input/output system and the new envisaged MODBUS interface.
