Team member of the Development Project Team catering to Defence Equipments requirements. Single
handedly looking after the mechanical Engineering related aspects (Both Structural and Thermal) of
SMART, DEX and MDF with the help of Auto-CAD, PRO-E. Prepared various ADD-ONS’ for Auto-
CAD. In addition to this having additional responsibility of Drafting Office. Initiated and completed
rapidly the project of Computerization of Drafting Deptt.. Improved and Smoothened the Change
Notification Implementation process.

Team member of the projects team monitoring the capacity expansion project of CPCL. Monitored and
expedited the pace of work for the Sulphur Recovery Unit and Vis Breaker Unit projects. Coordinated in
overall commissioning of packages like Palletizer Package, Compressor Sub-Unit, Heater Package.
Coordination with CPCL/EIL/PETROFAC for expediting commissioning to avoid LD for PETROFAC.

3. PUNJ LLOYD LTD., Nehru Place, New Delhi Jul’2002 to Jan ‘2004
Took training in various deptts of PLL and was finally placed in Planning Deptt (Business Development)
of EPC SBU at Nehru Place Head Office. Reporting to General Manager – Projects and basic
responsibility involves coordinating in overall Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling for the
IOCL Refinery Expansion, Mundra Delhi Pipeline Project (Pre-Bidding), Baku-Tblisi- Ceyhan Pipeline
and various other small Civil and Road projects. My work profile include the following.

 Detailed scheduling with phases, Establishing and verification of Work Break Down Structure
(WBS)
 Verification for various EPC projects both in PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER Ver. 2.0 b
and MS-PROJECT.
 Review, Update & Analyze project schedule by recording actual progress, preparing Target V/S
Progress indicating %Completion, Defining and changing constraints as per client site feedback,
Track/resolve schedule.
 Issuing and coordinating Baseline, absolute and relative change proposals and verifying the same
from Onsite team after resolving issues related to Critical path.
 Involved in the Costing and Estimation of the various phases of projects both in Bidding and
Execution Stage.
 Controlling and monitoring of cash inflows and outflows of the project at various stages.
