BACKGROUND AND RELEVANT HISTORY Despite the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of monolithic eastern European communism, communism never died. Its kingpins simply changed how they sold their poison. They changed their label from liberal to progressive. Communism despises the American approach to liberty. It detests the individual God-given rights protected by the Constitution and a government with limited powers. It rejects the American concept of rule of law. It wants unrestrained despotic government, power without limit, and a world without lawsa brutal, terror-inspiring global totalitarian police state that can crush all laws of justice, launch campaigns of enslavement, commit mass murder, and eliminate opponents of the New World Order. Sadly, twenty delegates from the U.S. voted for this program during the Third International in 1928. The origins of Agenda 21 can be traced to the Sixth Party Congress in Moscow in 1928, where Communists wrote and approved The Program to bring in the New World Order. The Program of the Third International (Comintern) called for a global environmental program and the transformation of all human beings on earth to accept a New World Order. Communists planned to use global environmental programs as a means of eradicating national sovereignty thus creating a world dictatorship. All nations, nationalities, and national boundaries were to be replaced by an omnipotent, one world government, with regional governances. In 1932, William Z. Foster, then Chairman of the Communist Party USA, authored a book titled, Toward Soviet America. In it, Foster was certain one day a communist would occupy the White House. Norman Dodd, the staff director of the 1953 Congressional Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations, testified that the minutes of the Carnegie Foundation showed that the trustees of the Foundation decided after World War I that they must control education in the United States. To accomplish this task, Carnegie joined with the Rockefeller Foundation and created a plan to control of domestic and international education. Dodd interviewed Rowan Gaither, president of the Ford Foundation and discovered that he operated the foundation under strict instructions and orders to the effect that we should make every effort to so alter life in the United States that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union.1 On May 6, 1992, under the guise of harmonizing relationships between humans and their environment, Mikhail Gorbachev called for the expansion of governmental power. He said, An awareness of the need for some kind of global government is gaining ground.... [T]he idea that certain states or groups of states could monopolize the international arena is no longer valid.... [W]e must seek means of collective action by the world community.... I believe that the new world order will not be fully realized unless the United Nations and its Security Council create structures...authorized to impose sanctions and to make use of other enforcement measures. Sept. 5, 2009, Obama to Usher In New World Order at G-20, Foxnews.com -"The G8 will retain its national security focus, but be replaced by the broader G-20 on the issues of climate change, financial regulatory reform, and global imbalances." By addressing this subject, I fully understand that those who advocate the destruction of this constitutional republic must impugn the character and poke fun at those trying to expose the truth. Accusations like "you see a commie under every bed, youre a bigot, youre a racist et al are common and designed shut adversaries up. Those folks are useful idiots with an agenda who must alter the facts, resort to name calling and out shout their adversaries.. They ignore and prefer Americans not know about the comprehensive work and fully sourced book, The Venona Secrets Exposing Soviet Espionage and America's Traitors written by Herbert Romerstein and Eric Briendel (2001) that shows how communists have infiltrated our government. Pg. 92: Years later, John Abt, a Communist Party attorney who had been active in the espionage apparatus, revealed the names of Communist members of Congress. In his autobiography, Abt said, "The two Communists who were elected to Congress - Johnny Bernard from Minnesota and Hugh DeLacy from Washington State - were elected as Democrats. [Vito] Marcantonioi, who was a friend of the Party but never a member, was elected as a Republican, a Democrat, and as the ALP [American Labor Party] candidate." Bernard was a "progressive" member of Congress. Currently 70 members of the U.S. Congress are members of the Democratic Socialists of America. Pg. 93: "Even more important than the secret Communist Party members in Congress or on congressional staffs were those assigned by the Party as Soviet spies in the U.S. governments executive branch. As we shall see, in the years leading up to WWII, the Party reached into the highest ranks of federal government power and into those closely guarded laboratories of America's most vital scientific and manufacturing establishments. Instead of being a passive bank of well-intentioned idealists - as Party propaganda portrayed the CPUSA - America's Communist movement had become the disciplined instrument of Moscow's global spy and covert action services. Its golden days were just ahead." Recently Congressman West stated, there are 80 communists in congress and Breitbart confirmed it. TRANSFORMATIONAL MARXISM/SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT When Soviet Communism fell almost two decades ago, the world changed. Nations formerly under the suzerainty of the Soviet empire reemerged as new democracy movements.2 Communism however did not fade away. International socialism began a new movement that is able to reach across national boundaries. That movement is called Common-ism.
The most important components - private property ownership and protection of individual liberty did not emerge with these social democracies. . None of the new constitutions of the emerging Eastern European democracies contains a word recognizing private property rights. Similarly, the American-designed constitution of Iraq does not recognize private property ownership or individual liberty.

The distinctive feature of Common-ism is its ability to transform private intellectual property, privately owned land, and sovereign nations natural resources into common property in the name of the common heritage of mankind. The UNs Commission on Global Governance refers to the Earth and all of its natural resources --seas, air, and space as the Global Commons. Common-ist ideology is based on political concepts and New Age spiritual values, such as the global commons, global village, global spirituality, equalitarianism, social democracy, disarmament, environmentalism, interdependence, interconnectedness, and participation in world peace. Common-ism is a political ideology containing both a doctrine and a device for its expansion. Common-ism advocates the idea that problems cross local and national boundaries. Using this rationalization, natural and political boundaries are traversed via treaties, legislation, and policy statements, all under the guise of improving the global common good. When President Bill Clinton boldly announced his new initiative to reinvent government in the 1990s that reinvention was Common-ism. Under Clintons direction, the Federal Government began implementing Common-ist policies. The promise of the reinvention was that certain tools, approaches, and strategies could result in more environmental protection, less economic cost, and greater opportunity for the poor and disadvantaged. The core program of the reinvention was publicly presented as a way to protect the environment. It also mysteriously involved itself in racial, economic, and equality issues. This is no accident. It is a tactic of Common-ism to meld together a seemingly unconnected array of issues into one cause. It allows the formation of partnerships among a long list of interested parties while also allowing government intrusion into even more aspects of our lives The doctrine of Common-ism is promoted through a restructured education system where old ideas of schools as centers of academic learning are replaced with systems designed to modify the behavior of our children so they will grow up accepting the aspects of the new Common-ism. The very meaning of Outcome-based Education (OBE) is that students will leave school fully indoctrinated with, and sensitive to, the Common-ism agenda. The outcome of OBE is the final transformation of a thinking, moral being into an unquestioning, obedient worker for the state. Common-ist doctrine does not contain the words freedom or liberty because they pertain to individuals. Instead, there is a constant clamor about the need for justice; Economic justice, Environmental justice, Racial justice and Social justice. Rights are important too: The rights of the child, the rights of women and the rights of indigenous populations. These rights and calls for justice serve a very important purpose - the need for more laws, with rules and regulations to enforce them. Recognition of individual rights eliminates the need for such international guidance, so individual rights are not even considered. As a result, New World Order architects have created countless policies, programs, treaties, and alliances to destroy American sovereignty and achieve absolute global authority. These include Agenda 21, the Wildlands Project, the Biodiversity Treaty, and other UN schemes. Agenda 21 was the principle agreement of the 1992 UN Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. All UN members, including the United States, signed it but the U.S. Senate did not ratify the treaty. Jeri Lynn Ball, the author of Masters of Seduction - Beguiling Americans into Slavery and Self-destruction wrote (pg. 7) It represents a master plan for managing the earth's forests, mountains, deserts, jungles, rivers, oceans, and urban areas. It regulates virtually every aspect of human activity on earth." Agenda 21 is a term most Americans have never heard of much less understand what it means: Incorporated into Agenda 21 is sustainable development. The goal of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social, and environmental policies to achieve reduced consumption, social equality, and preserve or restore biodiversity. Sus-

tainablists demand societal decisions be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; (1) global land use, (2) global education, and (3) global population control and reduction."3 Agenda 21 or "sustainable development" has been around for a long time beginning at the Rio Earth Summit in 1992. The late Dr. Dixie Lee Ray, former governor of the State of Washington and Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, laid out the full intent of Agenda 21 at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit in her work, Environmental Overkill Whatever Happened to Common Sense. (pgs. 9-11): [Agenda 21] is an 800-page agreement that lays out 115 specific programs to put into effect all the major issues discussed at Rio. It is designed to facilitate and force the transition of the economies of all nations into "sustainable development. Besides declaring it essential to eliminate poverty worldwide by reducing human population, Agenda 21 proposes ambitious and costly programs setting up a Global Environmental Facility to receive funds from industrialized countries. There are no strings attached. Its purpose is to "effect resource transfer" and force efficient use of energy by "weaning developed countries off an overdependence on fossil fuels. It wants to "remove all trade barriers and subsidies," bringing about "large-scale reduction of current debt burdens" in the Third World. The objective is to bring about change in the present system of independent nations replacing it with world government and central planning overseen by the UN. Fear of environmental crises, whether real or not, is expected to lead to compliance. If force is necessary, a UN green-helmeted police force, already authorized by the Security Council as enunciated by the leaders of UNCED, will provide it Michel Rocard, the former prime minister of France and a leader at the Earth Summit said, "Let's not deceive ourselves. It is necessary that the community of nations exert pressure, even coercion, against countries that have installations that threaten the environment. International instruments must be transformed into instruments of coercion, of sanctions, of boycott, even - perhaps in 15 years time - of outright confiscation of any dangerous installation. What we seek, to be frank, is the legitimacy of controlling the application of international decisions." Rocard reinforced his belief that world government is the ultimate goal: "We need a real world authority, to which should be delegated the follow up of international decisions, like the treaties signed [at Rio]...This authority must have the capacity to have its decisions obeyed. Therefore, we need means of control and sanctions.... If doubts remain about the global intentions by the architects of the Montreal Protocol and the Earth Summit Maurice Strong, the primary designer and Secretary General of the Rio conference, dispelled them with these chilling words: Answering a magazine interviewer's question about his "unfulfilled ambition, he said he wanted to write a novel with an environmental plot, and then explained: What if a small group of world leaders were to conclude that the principal risk to the Earth comes from the actions of rich countries? And if the world is to survive, those rich countries would have to sign an agreement reducing their impact on the environment. Will they do it? The group's conclusion is "no. The rich countries won't do it. They won't change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't our responsibility to bring that about? This group of world leaders forms a secret society to bring about an economic collapse." Jessica Matthews, a confirmed internationalist wrote, in the spring 1989 issue of Foreign Affairs there must be new institutions and regulatory regimes to cope with the world's growing environmental interdependence." She also said, "our accepted definition of the limits of national sovereignty as coinciding with national borders is obsolete. The Federal Register, Volume 57, No. 236, December 8, 1992 reveals the U.S. communicated its plan to the UN Secretariat.

Conversely, Haroun Tazieff, a volcanologist, geologist, and former Secretary of State for Prevention of Natural and Technological Disasters, French Government, Chaps Elyees, Paris 1991 said, Global warming is an outright invention. It is unproven, and in my view, it is a lie. A lie that will cost billions of dollars annually....There is no danger from the CFC's to the ozone layer, nor is there any danger from CO2, no greenhouse effect, nor any risk of any kind of global warning. It is to me, a pure falsehood." Nevertheless, in the name of "protecting the environment, Congress has enacted laws that Allow Government regulators to confiscate private property, Prevents owners from using their land, Levy fines for noncompliance of up to $25,000 per day (just increased in Oregon by state law to $100,000 per day), Incarcerate landowners who try to use their land for any purpose other than that prescribed by government, even if the owner was unaware of the restrictions. The Environmental Protecting Agency (EPA) birthed this nightmare scenario saying it derives much of its authority from international treaties despite the fact every state in the Union has its own environmental protection agency. One size does not fit all when it comes to the environment so there is no need for the EPA. Nevertheless, this brutal agency was created to advance Agenda 21 and sustainable development to advance the cause of environmental crises so severe it destroys all of us; REASON FOR THIS WRITING The November 2012 election will determine whether this country remains the Land of the Free or is transformed to the pen of the slave. Recognizing the danger todays Americans face and remembering President Reagans wisdom4 prompted me to address this issue hoping that those reading this document put God, Family and Country before, Party, Personal Gain, and Politics. My love of country and the American way came at an early age. I was born to a generation of Americans who dove under desks during mock air raid drills because Soviet communists had missiles that could destroy this country. I was educated in the Chicago Public School system where I learned to read, write, and do math. The system made me literate and provided knowledge of the world around me teaching me geography, American, and world history. My uncle Jim was a twice wounded Marine who served in the Pacific during World War II. Understanding the world I was born into, I wanted to follow his footsteps and protect my country so I joined the Navy after graduating from high school. I wore the uniform for 21+ years serving with the Navy/Marine Corps team. I stood at Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate in what was then a divided Berlin during a USO tour while on a Mediterranean cruise aboard the USS Shangri-La (CVA-38) . I also served with the 2nd Marine Division during the Cuban Missile Crisis and the 3rd Marine Division in Vietnam. Twenty-one plus years of service took me around the world, allowing me to put my feet on every continent except the two poles and Australia. The woman I met and married 40+ years ago is German born; she loves her adopted country as much as I do. She also laments our gradual loss of freedom. Members of her family had to traverse minefields in East Germany to gain

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

freedom in the West. My father in law fled National Socialist5 Germany (NAZI Germany) before WWII because he helped a Jew flee Germany. We both know the difference. Upon retiring from the Navy, I attended the University of Florida where I encountered a professor who was teaching a political science class and filling young heads with ideological garbage and lies. As the oldest person in class, he addressed issues I had lived through and experienced. His blabber led me to challenge and interrupt him. Ultimately he asked me if I wanted to finish the days class; I accepted the challenge and his and the other students world changed. I do not have a PhD in anything but my lifes experience, has provided me wisdom and knowledge not found in book based, ideological institutions pushing anti-American theories and agendas. Watching Last Ounce of Courage, reminded me of how mandated ignorance and political correctness has caused this country to stray from its roots. President Obamas welcome home speech marking the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, in front of the Vietnam Memorial also reminded me that standing silent in the face of political correctness is cowardice. Obamas speech gave comfort to those whose ideology allows them to betray their constitution oath and this country in order to become a part of a new world order. However, his speech dishonored, mocked, and sullied the sacrifice 1,346,000+ men and women who have given their lives to protect the freedoms and interests of United States since its beginning. He demeaned the sacrifice of the 54,246 Korean and 151,195 Vietnam War dead in particular, who perished defending this country and others against his man made liberty destroying cancer. Acceptance, by the public at large, demonstrated public ignorance of the danger this country faces. His arrogance also emphasized how morally bankrupt, and corrupt the national political establishment has become. SOLUTION Communism did not die with the fall of the Soviet Union and Eastern European communism. Like liberals who changed their name to progressive, communism changed its name to common-ism making international socialism (communism by another name) acceptable to the American people. Since FDR, Congress and federal executive, have become useful idiots by ignoring Thomas Jeffersons dictum "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none. Their doing so has brought United States into the UN thus subjecting Americans to Agenda 21 and the International Socialist garbage it stands for. Agenda 21 is the enforcement tool designed to destroy all Americans hold precious through force. It manufactures and protects non-existent environmental crises to achieve its objectives. Its plan is to control every aspect of our lives including economic, environmental, spiritual, educational, and reproduction. The state is not only in our pocketbooks and our bedrooms but also in our schools and churches. The state decides what foods we can eat6, if we can have children, how much and what type of education each child will receive, how much space we can inhabit, and what we will worship -- Jehovah or Gaia7 or something else entirely. The five current paths to transform America from the land of the brave to the pen of the slave are:

Wildlands project for rural areas - In order to re-wild America, Americans must go somewhere else. They

must be driven from their farms and rural homes and crammed into cities. (Human settlements) which will be mutated into holding areas for great numbers of human beings. The Wildlands Project literally calls for the re-wilding of 50% of all the land in every state back to the way it was before Christopher Columbus set foot on this land.

 Smart growth for cities. - According to the Wildlands Map, certain areas are designated as human habitat areas; those are the larger cities of our country. Like a zoo, creatures are penned and other creatures are free to roam to look at the penned creatures; this time it is humans in the pens with animals having the run of the country. Smart growth cities provide stack them and pack them housing often connected to public transportation; there are no garages or parking lots other than for bicycles. Public/Private Partnerships for business. - Business ventures/partnerships between government (public sector) and private business entities. Business promises government they will operate under the laws of sustainable development and the government forces onerous rules and regulations on those who refuse to play the PPP game putting the competition out of business and allowing the PPP to gain more power thanks to Congress. Benefit Corporations - legislated brotherhood of businesses where favored businesses get to go to the front of the line for permits, licenses and opportunities because they agree to advance the principles of Sustainable Development and Agenda 21. Eleven states have already enacted benefit corporation legislation. They are California, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, S. Carolina, Vermont, Virginia. Four more are in the process of making Benefit Corporation part of their states Corporate Legal System. They are Connecticut, Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. For government it is stakeholder councils, consist of non-elected boards and regional government or reinvented government. These are people working for Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) affiliated with the UN who work on visioning or other regional planning schemes. They are an unelected, self-selected group of bureaucrats who steadily take over the control of planning and then run the government. They usually come into town to help run the process of a visioning, plan, link, or other programs designed to regionalize the area. Once they have completed the plan, if they like that area of the country, they stick around to take over and become unelected officials who have no allegiance to the community and no accountability to the electorate. There is not just one Stakeholder Council; they are numerous, each overlapping one another. Each council is autonomous in its sphere with none of them beholding or accountable to the citizenry they rule. Legitimate, office holders are reduced to being rubber stamps for the Councils decrees. They can and will be used to control every aspect of our lives through snooping, regulating, and controlling what energy we use in our homes. 'Smart' meters, the 'smart' grid and 'smart' meters on water meters are part of "sustainable development" considered essential to enable radical global transformation designed to destroy the sovereignty of nations and bring all of us into the utopian new world order of one world government. Agenda 21 and ICLEI have made inroads county by county across the United States of America for years. Alachua Broward and Collier Counties are listed as members of ICLEI. So too is Gainesville and the City of Tamarac Florida. Globalists are effecting the so-called education of our children, which is transforming this Republic (the greatest one the world has ever known) into a Regionalized slave state. Agencies like the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) and the American Planning Association (APA) and a myriad of other programs to achieve the same goals (Green Cities, Cool Mayors, Urban Environmental Accords, etc) invest their money and use their political influence in Washington to destroy this republic and American freedom..

Our current education system started as a Prussian import in the 1840s-50. It is a system built on Hegels belief that the state was God walking on earth. The only way to restore educational freedom, and put education back into the hands of parents where it belongs, is to get the federal government, with its coercive policies, out of education.

The Florida legislature is in session for a few short months beginning in March 2013. It will not return until March 2014. It is the Florida Legislatures job to protect the rights of its citizens and that means flushing Agenda 21 and the UN out of this state. Since it has exercised its nullification rights regarding health care services in light of the Supreme Courts Decision in Obama care, it can and must pass legislation during the 2013 session that protects private property and due process by prohibiting state, county, or local governments from participating in, or attempting to implement any section of Agenda 21. To accomplish this task the Florida Legislature can and should follow the example of Alabama and New Hampshire legislatures. The Alabama legislature has already passed and Governor Robert Bentley signed into law and Act that prohibits cooperation by "political subdivisions" of all state, county, incorporated city, unincorporated city, public local entity, public-private partnership, and any other public entity of the state, a county, or city with Agenda 21, ICLEI or their UN agents. I want the Florida Legislature to do the same. I also suggest the Florida Legislature and governor Declare Florida will no longer accept federal funds or the requirements that come with those funds to support unconstitutional programs. Declare that all lands owned by the federal government within the state that are not held for the direct enumerated powers of the government (parks, monuments etc. Article 1, 8) will revert back to the states and the people. Declare all federal incorporation charters to and within the state are revoked and only state charters are recognized. Declare all federal laws that operate directly on the Citizens of the state that are not part of the constitutional powers of the federal government are null and void. Declare that any action by any federal authority within the boundaries of the state MUST be enacted through the state authority with subject jurisdiction and any violation of this law is an arrest-able offense. Declare that any federal agent abusing the previous item will be arrested and held in violation of that law. Declare it will refuse to provide tax funding for any unconstitutional federal bureaus, organizations, and programs including the federal EPA and the dictates of Agenda 21.
