LUBRICANTS Anti-Seize Lubricants Hydratight Sweeney Anti-seize lubricants are combinations of oil-base and solid lubricants that produce

a hybrid suited for static joints including threaded surfaces, press fits, slip fits, transmission joints and gaskets.

SLECT-A-TORQ 501 Penetrating Fluid A clear, thin fluid with exceptional penetrating and lubricating properties. It penetrates into cracks, loosens rust, eats through grease, oil and grime to provide lubrication for easy disassembly. Loosening a frozen nut, stud or pipe without a penetrating lubricant can cause galling. Applications: For removing nuts, bolts, studs and pipe joints, and prevents corrosion. SLECT-A-TORQ 503 Moly Paste Lubricant 700 Contains 65% solid lubricants suspended in a soft paste. A heavy, black paste with unsurpassed lubricating qualities, 503 is our most efficient lubricant in reducing friction. On threaded fasteners (bolts, nuts, studs) the low uniform friction coefficient of 0.06 creates reliable assembly conditions. The lubricant then stays in place through heat, load and vibration to insure trouble free disassembly. Applications: Press fits, threaded fasteners, slip fits, metal-working (including drawing, stamping, coining, extruding, and forging by lower friction, and eliminating scratching, galling, and metal pick-up), splines and gears. SLECT-A-TORQ 504 Anti-Gall Lubricant 2400 An extra duty anti-seize lubricant containing molybdenum to prevent seizing and galling of metal surfaces after extended high pressure and temperatures up to 2400 F. 504 Anti-Gall Lubricant contains no copper or other free metals, and is recommended where copper contamination must be avoided, and with stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys. Applications: Bolts, screws, studs, pipe joints, nuts, plugs, shafts, bushings, splines, pressfits, drilling, tapping and thread cutting (especially hard to machine alloys), extruding and forming dies, heat exchangers, shear blades, metal bending, cold and warm forging, shear spinning, lathe centers, mechanical packings, and wire rope. 504 Anti-Gall Lubricant is used in chemical plants, oil refineries, power plants, paper mills, synthetic fiber plants, mining

SLECT-A-TORQ 505 Anti-Seize Lubricant (Nuclear Grade) 1800 A high purity, 100% controlled production anti-seize lubricant. 505 is formulated for use on nuclear mechanical components and high nickel alloy studs where the highest purity antiseize lubricant is required. 505 Anti-Seize Lubricant is recommended for high nickel alloy bolting (Incoloy, Hastelloy, etc.) because of its low sulfide content (less than 100 ppm) and is recommended for long term, critical, stainless steel applications due to its low total chlorine content (less than 50 ppm). Applications: Bolts, studs, valves, pipe fittings in and around steam turbines, nuclear reactors, gas turbines, pressure vessels and piping in chemical plants. SLECT-A-TORQ 506 Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant (Nuclear Grade) 2600 A high purity 100% controlled production, anti-seize lubricant paste. 506 is formulated to have the lowest practical levels of halogens, sulfur and heavy metals, including copper. Applications: Bolts, studs, valves, pipe fittings, slip fits and press fits in and around steam turbines, nuclear reactors and associated hardware. SLECT-A-TORQ 507 Anti-Seize Lubricant (Hi Temperature) 1800 A copper-graphite, anti-seize lubricant which provides a shield against high temperature seizing and galling. Studs, bolts, flanges, gaskets (all mated parts) remove more easily and in cleaner, better condition even after extended exposure to sub-zero temperatures and high temperatures up to 1800 F. 507 can be used on copper, brass, cast iron, steel, all alloys including stainless steel, all non-metallic, all plastic gasketing materials. This product meets MIL A 907 specifications for anti-seize lubricants. Applications: Original equipment and maintenance, including bolts, bushings, pipes, fittings, flanges, gaskets, headers, lathe ways, manifolds, nuts, packing, press-fits, plugs, screws, studs, tappings, threaded surfaces, wire rope, adjusting screws, broaching tools, castings, catalytic crackers, condensers, coolers, couplings, cylinder heads, drawing, extruding and forming dies (metal or plastics), drill collars, drive chains, forging splines, tool joints, tubing, valve retaining rings, valve shoes, and well pumps. Applications Petrochemical including high temperature threaded connections, pump housings, flanges, studs, stainless steel assemblies, "cat" crackers, heat exchangers, compressor heads, and autoclaves. Steel mills including crane assemblies over soaking pit, ingot stripper tongs, coking oven face plate, and manhole studs. Marine including boiler hand hole and manhole cover plate studs, flange bolts on pumps, steam lines, and valves.
