is seeking a RN, or licensed clinical social worker or a Tele Medicine Professional with a Masters degree who is interested in working as a full time contract Program Manager in the innovative field of Tele Behavioral Health for soldiers and dependents at San Antonio Military Medical Center. Ideal candidate must possess a Master's Degree and (10) years of clinical care experience. Contract personnel should also have at least 10 years experience in healthcare management. Pay is $85,000-$95,000 per year with benefits. Qualified candidates must pass an extensive background check. Position begins October 1, 2012. 2.1 Program Manager Support Services. The contractor shall provide Program Manager Support Services for Southern Regional Medical Command. Services will include, but not limited to the following activities: 2.1.1 Serve as supervisory (of contractor personnel) program manager tele-health specialist with experience providing targeted support of the Tele-Behavioral Health Program. Serve as program liaison to fully leverage tele-behavioral capability, specifically targeting the provision of telebehavioral health services to Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), clinics and other settings where there are not sufficient direct care or network providers to handle patient demand. 2.1.2 Conduct site assessments and demand analysis to make recommendations about how TBH can be fully leveraged to recapture work being sent to the managed care support contractor (MCSC). 2.1.3 Responsible for planning and directing technical and administrative operations (of contractor personnel) necessary to accurately capture requirements, describe functional requirements and specifications, develop and design TBH solutions, test, procure and facilitate the installations of TBH systems for SRMC. Ensure TBH installations at MTFs, Soldier Readiness Processing sites, clinics and other facilities are appropriately designed and configured to provide specific behavioral health support required (e.g. child and adolescent care, active duty screening, adult care, administrative and board actions) Providing for necessary security of Protected Health Information, privacy of patient transfer information and provider feedback to and from the TBH site. 2.1.4 Responsible for managing, planning, programming, coordinating and reviewing telemedicine programs for SRMC. Coordinate budgetary requirements and the timely use of personnel, equipment and facilities. 2.1.5 Coordinate and advise contractor personnel on performance requirements to meet current and changing Tele-health programs. 2.1.6 In coordination with the Director of the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (PTBI) office, advises personnel of performance requirements and keep individuals informed of their progress. 2.1.7 Plans and schedules in coordination with the Director of the PTBI on priorities, policy, procedures, expected results, and relationship to establish goals.

2.1.8 Provide advice on definition, development, documentation and implementation of TB! programs for the worldwide maintenance and fielding of behavioral health focused clinical information systems. 2.1.9 Plan and conducts briefings to senior level management and visiting dignitaries. 2.1.10 Provides administrative and technical support for out of regional TBH support. 2.1.11 Assist to develop and manage the SRMC Regional Tele-Traurnatic Brain Injury /Behavioral Health Network Program. 2.1.12 Leads and directs project team (contractor personnel), ensuring the successful integration of all activities and optimal support to providers and patients. 2.1.13 Maintains strong coordination procedures and communication with their Regional Medical Command Chain of Command and Staff Offices, the Office of the Surgeon General's (OTSG) AMEDD Telehealth Office, Health, Policy and Services Office, Rehabilitation and Reintegration Division (R2D) and the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center's (TATRC) tele-TBI Program Office. Responds to report requests. 2.1.14 Responsible for supporting tactical and strategic communication initiatives in support of TBH. 2.1.15 Responsible for collecting, documenting and publishing established metrics using standardized and custom-built queries and organizing data into the proper reporting format; forwarding reports to other Regional Medical Command, Chain of Command and Staff Offices, OTSG's AMEDD Tele-health Office Health, Policy and Services Office, Rehabilitation and Reintegration Division (R2D) and TATRC's tele-TBI Program Manager. 2.1.16 Responsible for monitoring the documentation of tele TBII health encounters in AHLTA; comparing the reported workload with the M2 database and to rectify discrepancies. Work with coding support staff to ensure encounters are being appropriately documented and optimally coded. 2.1.17 Responsible for ensuring the providers are aware of proper tele-TBIITBH AHLTA documentation; monitoring their compliance on an as needed basis; and provide additional training when required. 2.1.18 Coordinate travel requests for contractor management team members and submit to government point of contract. Ensure after action reports are submitted after completion of travel. 2.1.19 Assist the government point of contact with determining how best to evaluate and provide tele TBII health personnel resources. 2.1.20 Qualifications: The contractor personnel should have a Master's Degree and (10) years of clinical care experience. Contractor personnel should also have at least 10 years experience in healthcare management.
