1. You are requested to appear for the written test at the Centre on the date and time specified above. In case your photograph is
not printed above then Please affix your recent passport size photograph and put your signature in the space provided above in the presence of a Gazetted officer and get both duly attested by him, failing which you will not be allowed in the written test.

2. This Admit Card should be brought to the examination centre and handed over to the Room Invigilator. 3. You should reach the test centre before the reporting time as mentioned above. Late comers will not be permitted to appear in
the test.

4. Your candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to your fulfilling the prescribed educational and other eligibility
conditions etc., as notified in our Advertisement failing which your candidature will be summarily rejected at the further stages of verification and scrutiny during the selection process.

5. Request for change of Test Centre/test date and address of correspondence will not be entertained under any circumstances. 6. You may kindly note that no traveling expenses will be admissible for appearing in the written test. 7. Please note down your Roll Number and Registration Number for future reference and keep a photocopy with you as this Admit
Card will be collected from you.

8. Please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment to you. 9. Please ensure that you bring Black/Blue ball point pen for appearing in the written test. 10. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate. 11. Candidate has to take printout of this Admit card in color format with clear vision of Photograph. 12. Important: The result of this written test along with instructions and schedule of Interview will tentatively be published on
DMRC website www.delhimetrorail.com on 20.10.2012. The successful candidates may follow the instructions given on the website and appear accordingly on the designated date. Note : "The candidates who have applied and are shortlisted for the written examination for more than one post in this recruitment process, may have received Admit card for more than one Post . They are advised to appear in the written examination of any one of the posts applied for , as it is a Common Aptitude Test for all the posts . However ,they should surrender the Other admit card , along with the Admit card , against which they will be appearing in the Written Test . They must also mention these details in Answer Sheet of Paper- I , i.e. OMR sheet at the time of Common Aptitude Test. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ANSWER IN THE WRITTEN TEST

1.Thefollowingaresomeinstructionsregardingthewrittentest: a) MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT BRING MOBILE PHONES/SCANNING DEVICES/ANY ELECTRONIC GADGET TO THE EXAMINATION CENTRE; PLEASE NOTE THAT, NO ARRANGEMENTS FOR STORING THESE WILL BE MADE AT THE EXAM CENTRE AS THESE ITEMS ARE BANNED INSIDE THE CENTRE. b) Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculators, cellular phones, pager etc. in the examination hall. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means to be summarily disqualified. c) Strictly follow the Instructions given on the question booklet or by Centre Supervisor/Room Invigilator. d) You must use Black/Blue Ball Point Pen for the written test. e) After finishing the examination, handover complete question booklet and answer sheet to room invigilator, DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination room. Doing so is a punishable offence. 2. The total duration of test is 3 hours. The question paper will be distributed as per the following schedule in continuation: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM Paper-I Objective type (multiple choice) Paper-II Subjective type

The objective type question paper will be multiple choice bilingual (English/Hindi) consisting of questions on General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Decision making and problem solving, General English, Logical and Analytical Ability. The subjective type question paper (in English only) will consist of paragraph writing, comprehension, Precis writing. 3.How to answer objective type paper (Paper-I). In objective type paper each question is followed by four alternative responses serialled (1) to (4). You are to choose the correct/best response and mark your response with Black/Blue Ball Point Pen in the OMR Answer Sheet only and not in the question booklet. No change/cutting/over writing in the answers are allowed in the OMR Answer Sheets. 4. CompletelydarkentheOVALsothatthenumberinsidetheOVALisnotvisible. 5. DarkenONLYONEOVALforeachanswerasshownintheexamplebelow.

6.Thereshallbenonegativemarkingforwronganswer. 7.Markyouransweronlydarkeningoneoval.Multipleanswerstoanyquestionwillnotbecountedforscoring.DONOTmarkany stray marks anywhere on the answer sheet. DO NOT fold or wrinkle the answer sheet. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the answer sheet. Use your question booklet for this purpose. 8.How to answer subjective type paper (Paper-II): The candidate will be provided answer booklet to write descriptive answers on the answer booklet.

Important: The candidates are instructed to copy & write declaration given in the back side of front cover page of subjective answer book failing which their candidature may be cancelled.
